Très bien, personnels très aimables. Le patron très gentil et qui donne de bons conseils. À l'entrée de la forêt de Nyungwe Chalet très mignon et vue imprenable

Service was impecable and the place nothing short of amazing. My hiking boots broke, they noticed and Sam offered to fixed them and they were line new. Oscar at the bar is a class act.

The place isn’t anywhere near as nice as the pictures. Nice staff but that’s about it. Overpriced like everything else in Rwanda.
