Relax in our private heated spa and pool while taking in stunning views of the tranquil woods. A BBQ grill is available near the pool area for delightful outdoor cooking. With Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld all less than 30 minutes away, this is the perfect location for your family vacation!

**About the Space**
Retreat to your luxurious oasis! Our spacious home features five beautifully decorated bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a convenient laundry room, plus a playpen and highchair for our youngest guests. The living area opens to a newly resurfaced private spillover spa/pool overlooking serene conservation land. Enjoy meals in the shade at our patio table or soak up the Florida sun from our comfortable deck chairs.

The master bedroom boasts a private balcony with lovely views, while the two-story layout includes three bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs, complete with an open den. The patio is screened for your comfort, and we’ve provided an outdoor shower by the pool.

For entertainment, our gaming zone features an Xbox with multiple games, and the garage games room includes a pool table, foosball, and a mini-bar area. There’s even a tabletop air hockey arcade for added fun!

Our updated kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and all necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals or quick snacks after a day of adventures. Enjoy cinematic experiences on our impressive 75" TV wall, along with additional TVs throughout the home, including a 55" for Xbox gaming and a 50" in the master bedroom.

Indulge in ultimate relaxation with the option to heat the pool and spa for just $30 per night (for the duration of your stay). We will have it warm and ready for you upon arrival, taking around 10-14 hours to fully heat up. Simply let us know in advance and we will take care of the rest. Please note that payment for this feature will be requested via platform, three days prior to check-in.

This lovely home looks exactly like the pictures. Clean and fresh with comfortable beds and plenty of spare blankets and towels. Kitchen was nicely stocked with everything needed. Pool heat was fantastic, heated well each day even when we were in the 50-60s. We appreciated being able to bring our dog and park our boat trailer safely in the driveway. (Something most neighborhoods don’t allow). The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet, the neighbors we saw were friendly. Aruna responded quickly to any questions.Walmart, Target and many restaurants are close by. We would stay again!

The contact person for this property her name was Steph was absolutely amazing end went out of her way to ensure prompt communication and that we had everything we needed for our short stay. This is a beautiful home and I was elated that it was in a very QUIET peaceful location and I felt very safe for me and my family due to it being a gated community. There were plenty of activities for the children and when we return to Orlando again we will definitely try to rebook this home. The place was well stocked my only advise is for them to upgrade their refrigerator to include an icemaker. They even had spices and such for cooking. Again Steph was super awesome to work with

They charge to heat the pool/spa (while we were “gifted” this during our stay over the holidays)-neither are truly heated. Parameters are set that if temps are below 55 degrees-the heater shuts off for “system protection”. If we had been charged for that during our stay-we would have been VERY-dissatisfied, as we were never able to use either. Guest shouldn’t be charged to have the pool/spa “heated” as it doesn’t heat and definitely doesn’t function as a spa. The pool/spa are one of the main amenities @ the home that attract people to rent (that’s why we choose). With their current setup/settings-they aren’t heated. Neither should be listed/even available as “heated” during the cooler temps, much less charged for. There NEEDS to be railings for entry into the pool & spa (when people are actually able to use it). NOT safe or easy for people of any age to get in/out of.The thermostat was locked, no batteries in remotes (had to be purchased), gas tank for grill was empty (we exchanged out), pool table-“leveled” with cardboard pieces, broken pool sticks, 2 ping pong balls available for which one was already broken, dishes had to be cleaned and blankets washed prior to using (dirty), hair on all floors (had to vacuum), raccoons run the neighborhood/hiss/fight/& live in the trash cans, the outdoor trash can was full on arrival, toilet seat in downstairs full bath loose/almost broken, bathmat in that bathroom almost caused dad to fall-not secure-etc-so many other things to list…

Perfect Place for Disney Vacation

The home was amazing. Located very close to Disney in a nice and quiet neighborhood. While are kids went to the parks we stayed behind and relaxed in the pool and grilled some burgers. Home has enough room for everyone to relax, watch tv or read a book from our balcony. Beds were very comfortable. A big plus for us. Our host were always a click away if we needed anything. The only bad thing was, we had to leave. But we will be back! Thank you Aruna for being a wonderful host.

Let me just say that this house was everything our family wanted for our vacation and so much more! Aruna the owner was on point with any questions we had, even when my husband accidentally triggered the balcony alarm lol she got back to me right away. We booked this home for a Vacation based on the immaculate Pictures Posted. When e arrived place was dirty. Upholstery was staind. Carpets were dirty. Place smelled of mildew. We turned AC on to try and get smell out. Which Made it Worst. After speaking with Host about the issues. We were assured cleaners would come the next day During iur Vacation...

We had an amazing week in this beautiful home! The house was spacious, comfortable, and clean- with everything that we needed. We enjoyed cooking dinner after a long day at Disney and then soaking in the hot tub. The property managers were very quick to respond with any questions. I highly recommend, and we would definitely stay here again in the future!

Quiet and Lovely!

My family and I were so impressed with this wonderful home. Cleanliness was our number priority and it was spot on! A large home for us all to spread out and with up-to-date technology and many items to make our stay enjoyable. Part of a quiet neighborhood which was pleasant in the evenings. The pool and spa is very private and relaxing after a long day. Highly recommended and we will be booking again in the future!

This was by far, one of our best vacation rental experiences. The communication was quick and thorough. Everything worked as listed and you can tell they go the extra mile vs other places. We planned an Epcot trip to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. We had family members traveling in to join us. It was perfect for us.

Everything we could of asked for we got with this one. Property was spacious and extremely clean. It was also private by the pool which we enjoyed and there was a ping pong table in the garage we enjoyed. It was close enough to all the parks (20 mins or so) but removed enough from the hustle and bustle. All necessities are nearby too but the greatest bonus was our host. They did everything to make sure we enjoyed our stay and I couldnt have been more appreciative.
