  • Nuestra lujosa casa con aire acondicionado y 5 dormitorios con piscina y spa seleccionados ofrece una vista impresionante del lago central dentro de la tranquila comunidad cerrada de los lagos de Cumbria. Ubicado en un área de conservación con lagos brillantes junto con caminatas y senderos para trotar, a solo 5 minutos de las numerosas tiendas y restaurantes en la autopista 192.

    Disney y otras atracciones están a solo 15 minutos.
    La suite principal con su cama tamaño king tiene un lujoso cuarto de baño con bañera, plato de ducha y lavabos para él. En la planta superior hay dos habitaciones con dos camas que comparten un baño.

    El segundo dormitorio principal, ubicado en la planta baja con vista a la piscina, tiene una cama tamaño queen y comparte un baño con la quinta habitación (cama doble).

    La sala familiar tiene un televisor de pantalla grande de 75 "con Netflix y aplicaciones para transmisiones de televisión del Reino Unido y Estados Unidos. Bellamente amueblado en todo, con amplio espacio, una cocina totalmente equipada, microondas, nevera-congelador, cocina, secadora, toallas, ropa de cama, etc.

    Este es un hogar libre de humo y mascotas. El garaje se ha convertido en una sala de juegos.

Immaculately clean property

This villa was immaculately clean and was furnished beautifully with highend finishes. The owner was very responsive to our queries. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding and towels lovely and soft. We would definitely stay here again.

10/10Home was exactly as pictured. Pool was warm. Hot tub was very clean. Home was very close to Disney which we visited. Vey close to shopping outlets which we thoroughly enjoyed. Also very close to World of Food Trucks. Local grocery stores were near such as Walmart, Publix and Aldi. Owner was responsive. Thanks for a seamless check in process. Would definitely recommend. Would stay again as well.

Great time, clean house

Me and the family had a great time, when we couldn’t go out because of the unexpected weather caused by hurricane Elsa, we had plenty to do in the house. My son was in heaven with the Xbox. Very clean and maintained property. We would definitely recommend.

Great home in Kissimmee

The house had almost everything we needed. We did buy a couple of items and left them for the next group to use (paper towels and hand soap for the kitchen). Kids were happy with the game selections and of course the pool was put yo good use! Woukd absolutely consider staying here again if back in the area.

Great place to stay

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for us and the weekly rental amount was reasonable given the size of the house. Allan, the owner, was very helpful with anything we needed. The pool and spa were great. Would definitely recommend this property to others and would love to come back.

Great place to stay!

This place is absolutely fantastic! It is fully stocked with all of the items we needed to be comfortable for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. The owner's communication was above and beyond! The entire area lost power one evening and Allan messaged me almost as fast as it happened to let us know what was happening and when to expect it to come back on. The pool and hot tub were also amazing! I had my coffee in the hot tub every morning! I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful property - would highly recommend

4675 Cumbrian Lakes exceeded our expectations! The place was immaculate upon arrival. The pool and hot tub were ready and waiting for our tired travelers. Our group stayed at the house the entire week due to Covid concerns, and the kitchen was perfectly appropriated with top of the line appliances, cookware, and utensils. Bedrooms were comfortable with abundant soft linens. Allen was the most responsive owner I have ever dealt with. He responded to emails within 20 minutes! Groceries and convenient stores were minutes away.

A Little Awesome Place

This property was absolutely amazing. It’s located in a wonderful quiet neighborhood not far from Disney and Universal. It was very well kept and maintained. It also has everything you need to make you feel like you are at home. I will definitely stay here again with my family on our next Orlando vacation.

Perfection!!!

Wow! What can I say about this beautiful home?? Just perfection. Great location, huge house with so many amazing features. No expense sparred when decorating and the appliances are all state of the art. As amazing as the house is it still can’t beat the best service I’ve ever experienced in all my years of travelling. Allan the owner is just brilliant. Every query or need of ours was dealt or answered with. His property manager in Orlando is also excellent. All in all I couldn’t recommend this property enough. Only problem will be trying to book again as I’m sure anyone who visits will want to return too!!!

Great accommodation, fantastic communication with the owner, house has everything you could need!

My family and I had a great time at this location. We were close to the action but far enough away to have some quite time. House is beautiful and the rooms were very nice! I would recommend staying at this property. Nice touch with the free Netflix subscription and other moderns apps that the kids loved.

Nothing but wonderful things to say about this property. The pictures don’t do this beautiful home justice. There is plenty of space and we had everything we needed for our stay. I cannot day enough about the owner of this property. He is excellent. Very responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Great vacation home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were delighted to find that the property was true to the pictures and description provided on the website. It is a great base as it is close to the Osceola Parkway (for access to Disney), the 417 (for access to the airport) and in proximity (less than 10 minute drive) to many shopping outlets, restaurants and supermarkets. The owner was wonderful to deal and provided great instructions to access the property. In particular, he responded pretty much instantaneously to questions we asked. We were a group of 4 adults and the house had a lot more space than we really needed; the layout of this particular property would be absolutely ideal for a couple of small families wanting to stay together on vacation.

Beautiful house! The pictures don't do justice on this house, is super gorgeous!!

This house is super nice, we had a great time, my kids enjoyed the house, enjoyed the heated pool, the house has everything you might need. I take vacations every year and by far this has been the nicest house we been too. We are definitely renting this house again. Thank you Allan for sharing your beautiful house with us!! 🙂

Fabulous place and owner

Gorgeous house, pool, and great owner. Allan went above and beyond to accommodate us. A lot of the furniture is new, the kitchen was furnished with just about everything you would need...there were 8 in our party and we had Lots of dishes, utensils, pans, bowls, etc. ....more than we needed. Tons of towels, sheets, etc. Allan responded to our emails regarding a leaking Keurig in minutes and arranged to replace it asap. There are also lots of chairs in and out on the pool deck....we enjoyed the pool table as well. Brand new TVs in all bedrooms and living area. We’ve been in several villas in Cumbrian and this is by far the best of them all!! Thank you Allan.
