A very disappointing stay. The location is wonderful on the hill overlooking the coast and harbour but that's the only positive. The large, old hotel has definitely seen better days. Everything great, except that when we booked we informed you that my wife had a breathing problem and used oxygen, and also asked whether you had a lift, to which the answer was yes. On arrival we were given a room on the side without a lift, so my wife was obliged to struggle up and down the stairs. ...
