"The service did not reflect a 5* hotel. Lobby toilets flooded the walkway outside the toilets on the way to rooms. Flies sitting on the hams and cheeses for breakfast. Although the spa was lovely and the spa staff were great. Would not stay here if the spa wasn’t attached"

"Arrived for a 2 night start as had an event in Burton. The systems weren't working, so couldn't be checked in till almost 12 midnight. Drove from London and could not even put my leg up.
