This beautifully appointed coastal beach house is perfect for a family getaway or a couples retreat. The name says it all with a stunning outdoor living space that can be enjoyed all year round.

Enjoy your summer days relaxing in the shade on the beautiful outdoor deck with lounge, bbq, sink, sun chairs & outdoor dining setting. Alternatively, soak in the sun over winter and kick back of a night out the back by the fire pit.

No matter what time of year you will have a space to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

This home features 3 beautiful bedrooms accommodating 6 guests, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, reverse cycle Air Con to keep you cool on those hot summer days and toasty warm on the cold winter's nights, a grand outdoor entertaining area, a back yard fire pit, hot outdoor shower to come home and wash off the sand from your beach adventures, a wood-fired pizza oven for when you are feeling creative and high speed internet/wifi for when it's time to wind down. There is also a washing machine and dryer located in the garage. Newly installed EV charger!

Guests are required to bring all personal, pantry and toiletry items as minimal items are supplied and vary at each property. This includes toilet paper.

Right on your doorstep is Bawley Vale Estate Winery in Bawley Point. Taste their award-winning wines at the cellar door on weekends and public holidays. There is a range of farm animals including alpaca's, deer and sheep to keep the children entertained also.Nearby Cupitt's Winery in Ulladulla was also voted in the top 5 wineries in New South Wales.
