Viatges a Kinrooi

Check in was a breeze. Staff was very kind. Our room was nice and clean, but the best thing was the view from our window overlook the plaza.Perfect location and breakfast was really great too!

The staff were excellent and really helpful and kind. The room was spacious and bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was tired with a loose toilet seat and towel rail and the light was a tad temperamental. I think it would be beneficial for there to be an additional coffee machine or access to a kettle within the rooms, as the queue for coffee was substantial at breakfast time. Overall I would return to this property as we really enjoyed he location, the atmosphere and the friendly staff.

Unfortunately, my stay was significantly affected by several unpleasant incidents. On my very first night, I discovered bed bugs in my room. Naturally, this had a major impact on my entire stay. I had to change rooms in the middle of the night, which was a very unpleasant experience. I would, however, like to highlight that the staff member working the night shift was helpful throughout the situation, which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. On my second evening in the new room, the electricity repeatedly went on and off, and the issue continued the following morning. To make matters worse, after my last breakfast, my key card stopped working, despite the fact that I had not yet checked out and there were still one hour remaining before the official check-out time. In addition to these incidents, the hotel itself feels very dated and worn-out. There was also a very heavy scent throughout the hotel, which I found quite unpleasant. The breakfast was average at best and nothing particularly memorable. On the positive side, the hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of practically everything. I would also like to acknowledge that the hotel refunded the cost of my first night following my stay, which I genuinely appreciate. Overall my stay was a very disappointing experience. I appreciate the refund, but unfortunately, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
