"Room was basic and clean. Friendly staff. Only downside was that it was quite noisy until about 11pm. Which when in a family room with small children wasn’t ideal."

Copthorne Hotel Slough-Windsor
"After 2.5 weeks of 2*/3*/4* hotel stays throughout England during a record breaking heatwave this was the ONLY hotel with A/C, a fridge in the room, and less importantly a phone. PLENTY of parking, nice restaurants and VERY helpful staff, and only 15 minutes from Heathrow. Will definitely stay again ..."

"- Breakfast is very basic, would not recommend. Save your money and go somewhere else. - Bedrooms are very dirty and smelly. - Checked in to my bedroom which had a dirty toilet full of stains, the toilet would not flush properly. Water running thru the whole night. Sink getting blocked everytime ..."

Copper Castle & Petting Farm near Legoland
"The copper castle was an amazing place to stay, clean, comfortable, staff were amazing, children loved the animals and collecting egg's from the chickens in the morning. Owner's were very helpful and accommodating, will definitely be coming back for another stay."

City Wall House by House of Fisher
"Sad to see a 4-star facility degraded to a 2-star one. Furniture and electrical items were in a terrible state. Complaints were met with 'we have reported it to maintenance' which basically means that nothing will be done during your stay! Shower head had to be propped up with rope to stop it falling! ..."
