Experience the ultimate lake retreat, complete with cozy living spaces, modern amenities, and plenty of space to entertain both inside and out!

Whispering Waves is situated just 0.3 miles to the water’s edge of Lake Texoma where you will find a sandy beach and community boat ramp; you are in an ideal location for boating, fishing, swimming, and more.

The main home offers 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a separate 450 square foot apartment with bedroom/living room, 1 full bathroom and kitchenette, a separate 200 square foot bunk house, a 400 square foot game room in the detached garage and a large deck and yard for entertaining.

Located on an acre corner lot, with a circle drive plus additional parking provides plenty of space to maneuver the boats. The backyard features a gas grill, a wooden deck with a dining area, a firepit with Adirondack chairs, a hanging swing, a hammock, and plenty of outdoor games to keep you entertained. Just outside the front door, you will see a full-length covered front porch w/a hanging swing and plenty of chairs to relax with your morning coffee. Make sure to carve out some time for a nap in the double hammock just off the front porch.

We recently stayed at Whispering Waves in Lake Texoma to celebrate my dad's 90th birthday, and it couldn't have been a more perfect setting for a family gathering! The camp-style property was a hit for everyone—from my dad and siblings to our spouses and kids. The rustic charm and open layout made it feel both cozy and adventurous, perfect for a group our size. The proximity to the water was a major highlight, offering beautiful views and easy access for fishing, swimming, and just relaxing by the shore. It was ideal for making memories together, and the whole family had an amazing time. We would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly getaway by the lake!

Whispering Waves provided everything we needed to celebrate birthdays with friends and family. It’s located very close to a small beachy area by the boat ramp that turned into the proposal place for my daughter. There is plenty of space. The beds were comfortable. There is also plenty of entertainment at the house with the pool table, shuffleboard, corn hole and fire pit. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Plenty of beds and space for us all to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed to cook meals for our group of 16 multiple times a day. We enjoyed the large living room to watch movies and play board games. Thank you for sharing your family space with our group!

-adequate sleeping arrangements - awesome game room (air conditioned incredibly) - great access to beach/boat ramp - good output a/c - ample parking - nice linens & towels - very nice and clean bathrooms cons - property needed mowed, stickers throughout - hot water in apartment lasts less than 5 mins - host doesn’t respond to questions promptly and basically only provided generic auto reply emails - minimal trash bins - only 3 bathrooms for such a high occupancy facility - overpriced compared to units that are similar - grill is very rusty , rack is very burnt greased - 4pm checkin and 11am checkout is not reasonable due to price - neighbor directly behind property played very loud music / karaoke 4pm until 2-3am every night of stay ….they’re speakers are literally directly facing rented property and directly behind (less than 15ft of bunkhouse) kids couldn’t sleep at all in the cool bunkhouse so that disrupted our sleeping arrangements

We had a three night four day stay never a dull moment. Things to do on the property everyone busy and entertained as well as a short walk down to the lake for fishing swimming, flying kites or just walking the shores. Definitely be coming back with our large family. We were very impressed!!

Oh if the walls at Whispering Waves could talk they would tell you of the extraordinary stay we had as a family of 18 during our short 2 night Christmas getaway stay! Seldom all together, this property lent a graceful stay with multiple experiences to keep all of us entertained. The bunk house was shared by our grands 17-10 years of age providing their own grown up space. The game room was thoroughly enjoyed by all. The spacious interior was flexible for our selected family’s inside activities as well. The place is well appointed and Melissa was so accommodating for extended family in the area to come and share an evening meal all together! Another unique experience! We enjoyed exploring Lake Texoma on sunset walks and just being together in a warm and comfortable place. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

We plan an annual reunion with our four grown children and their families. This home was perfect, having everything you could need. It comfortably fit us all. The yard is also designed for family and the home is located a short walk to the lake. The property managers were very responsive and considerate. We would definitely book again.

we took our grown kids and grandson for a birthday celebration and it was a great stay. the property was great and the house was beautiful. everything we needed was at our fingertips. the game room was so much fun and the bunkhouse was an added place for the grown kids to stay for their own time. our host Melissa was a joy to communicate with and even let us come early. i would highly recommend this place to everyone. it was a memorable stay. thanks to our hosts.!!!

When 6 adults and 7 kids (all under the age of 8) want to go on vacation together, we have to look for something that can appease all ages. Look no further because this is it! So spacious that we were all able to have fun and not worry about getting in each others way. The game room was a huge hit and the outside space was fantastic! The kitchen was big enough for several adults to move around and cook whole the dining room table spaciously handled the rest of the clan. We can’t wait to go back and make memories for years to come as the kids grow up! Thanks again for being such a wonderful host!

This is a beautiful property that's stunningly decorated and well appointed and supplied. No one felt cramped even though there were 10 of us plus a baby. It was a very easy walk down to the lake of maybe 5 or 6 minutes. The beds are outrageously comfortable, in the host is phenomenal with excellent communication. This was my husband's first Father's Day weekend, and my dad's 70th birthday and we had a great time fishing, playing in the sand on the beach, and playing lots of board games in the spacious living room and at the large farm table. Wi-Fi is a little shaky but in a lot of ways that was a benefit to us spending more time together. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend with the family.
