Other Things to Note:
At our property, we have policies in place to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests:

- We strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 pm, and we kindly ask that you keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.
- Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
- Pets are allowed with written permission only, with a maximum of 1 dog and The Pet Fee is Non-Refundable and is $175.39 (taxes included) per stay. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 penalty.
- The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay.
- The swimming pool can be heated at an additional cost. Please contact us to arrange heating, and do not attempt to heat the pool on your own. To avoid extra fines, please refrain from using glass tableware or bottles near the pool, and rinse off any sunscreen before entering the water.
- For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed around the property, but none of them face inside the house or look into interior spaces.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The MJ Guest Experience Team was amazing—super attentive, kind, and quick to answer every question we had. The property itself with the amazing views was stunning and the perfect setup for our large all adult sister group. We especially loved how spacious and well-appointed everything was.Now, the top bunks did give us a little adventure (those ladders are straight up—and we’re definitely not kids anymore ), but the beds themselves were super comfortable, which made it all worth it!Everything about our stay was peaceful, clean, and beautifully thought-out. We’ll definitely be back—and if I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the property itself was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The host was a great communicator and made the check-in process very easy. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake. Family Weekend

Perfect location for a weekend getaway to LBJ Lake. Wonderful home with Amazing Views. Everything you need to have an enjoyable family trip. Pool and Lake swimming with boat slip. Town is only 2 miles away. We never had to leave but there for convenience! Loved it!

What an awesome vacation!!!

What a great trip we had! We loved the beautiful house and had plenty of room for all 13 of us. It was so relaxing and just perfect. The management staff was amazing and there for anything we needed. We will be back next year for sure!!!
