The Space:
This exceptional waterfront retreat on the Colorado River is designed for both relaxation and adventure. With a boat lift, dual jet ski lift, a kayak, and a stand-up paddleboard included, guests can easily enjoy days on the water, while the expansive patio space provides the perfect setting for unwinding with stunning river views. A propane grill is available for outdoor cooking, making it easy to gather for memorable meals in the fresh air.
Inside the main house, the heart of the home is the gorgeous kitchen, thoughtfully designed with Western-inspired décor that adds warmth and charm. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the spacious living room, where plush seating invites guests to relax after a day on the water. The dining room features additional seating, ensuring there is plenty of space. Also on the main floor, the master suite offers a luxurious king bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom features access to a patio, allowing guests to step outside and soak in the view.
Upstairs, a pool table provides endless fun for guests of all ages. Two additional king-size bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom, ensure a comfortable and private stay for everyone. The guest house features a bunk room in a converted garage space, with four twin beds and plenty of games to keep younger guests entertained. Upstairs, a cozy queen bedroom with a full bathroom offers a quiet retreat for those staying in the guest house.
For those bringing multiple vehicles or extra gear, additional parking is available by the second shop area across the street. This area also includes a smoker and fire pit, creating a great spot for late-night gatherings under the stars. While the shop itself is not accessible to guests, the extra space enhances the property ’s convenience and entertainment options.

Guests will have access to the front yard, entire house, backyard, guesthouse, and boat dock. This fire pit and smoker are located across in the lot across the street.

This home is located on the Colorado River on Lake LBJ. The Lighthouse Golf Course and Legends Golf Course are located near this home. There are local restaurants and wineries, outdoor activities such as Longhorn Cavens, Inks Lake State Park and many more places to explore in the Texas Hill Country.
Getting Around:
There is not public transportation available in this area. You will need a vehicle to get to and from this property and around to local attractions.

This is a not Pet-Friendly Property. If evidence of pets are found, an automatic charge of $500 occurs.
Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.
In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.
The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.
The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.
