Lake front Anchor's Point "White River" #456, offers the best of everything. Groceries, restaurants and shopping within walking distance and a full service marina only a few minutes away. A beautiful two bedroom condo right on the lake with a view like no other. The master bedroom is walk-out to the deck with a king sized bed and semi private bath with jetted tub and shower. The guest bedroom has two new comfortable queen size beds and a private bath. With a full kitchen, laundry with washer and dryer, large living room/dining room you will feel right at home. The sofa has a queen hide a bed with plenty of room for eight guests. Enjoy a dip in the beautiful lakeside pool which is reserved only for Anchor's Point guests, and is only steps from the front door of the condo. Sheets are provided for furniture and beds for pets. There are also pooh bags provided for picking up waste.

PET RULES: Must be up to date on all shots. Flea, tick and heart worm treatment. Have a clean pet and keep them clean. If we find any pests left behind we will charge you for the exterminator. If your pet destroys anything or leaves any kind of mess you will be charged. We provide sheets to cover all furniture and beds, please use them. The homeowner has opened there unit to you and your pet so respect them by being a great guest and pet owner, so they will continue to allow pets. Keep your pet on a leash and pick up the pooh we provide the bags.

OK but Not the Condo Unit Pictured

Being from the Great Lake State, the water veiw was not what we expected and our view from the condo did not include a view of the pool. Our particular unit was tucked away deep within the complex of condos. It required driving trough private drives as the construction of new condos nearer the road blocked any other entrance. The condo was an older construction as it still had old fashioned phone jacks. The folks we contacted when GPS could not locate the address were kind however. For the price we paid, we had expected a little more. Sight and Sound Theater was excellent, and the Chinese Acrobats were good as were Pink Jeep Tours. Branson was OK. In it's heyday it was probably wonderful

Great stay- not the easiest to find

We had a great stay, once we found the place. Ended up going across the bridge bc the gos said to turn into a shopping center (we arrived in the dark). Turns out you have to go around and behind what was a construction looking entrance. Nothing marked clear as to where units in the 400s were. But once found, called and got correct code to use, was a great stay! Beautiful scenery out the window. Was quiet, clean, great price. 100% would stay here again! Loved the bbq place up the rd and convenient small grocery across the entrance. Was a nice drive to SDC. Definitely recommend!

Great Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and had a beautiful view. It was well stocked with soaps, detergents, etc. It was confusing to get to at night due to GPS and construction. GPS takes you to a strip mall. Look at the hosts’ map carefully to see you will take the small drive closest to the Main Street next to the construction and go all the way down to Anchor’s Point. There is a nice grocery store across the street as well. We would like to return!

Best trip to the lake!

Our family visits Table Rock multiple times during the summer to boat and enjoy the lake, we have stayed at other condos in this facility and this one was by far the best place we have ever stayed at the lake. Let me start by saying, THE VIEW!!! It was incredible, nothing short of amazing. We kept the curtains open in the master bedroom so we would wake up with the incredible view of the lake, and every other moment we were at the condo was spent enjoying the deck. The furniture was comfortable and very usable, which isn’t the case at a lot of condos. Beds were extremely comfortable and awesome towels and bath amenities. I loved the large shampoo/conditioner bottles in the bathroom. So much easier than small bottles that are hard to handle! The property is amazing, loved the view from the pool also. Destony and Jessica were top notch at communicating and made us feel welcome and important. We will 100% be back!

Table Rock getaway

Our family spent a couple of days boating on Table Rock and stayed at this lovely condo. It fit our needs perfectly - wonderful and peaceful view of the lake from the balcony, short drive to the marina, comfortable beds, suitable amenities in the kitchen for cooking our meals. Place on Table Rock Lake

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was nice and close. Grocery store was very short drive. The lake view was awesome and sitting on the back deck was serene. We rented a boat at the Kimberling marina that was about a mile away. We were able to bring our dog. The home had everything for cooking and everything worked great.

It was a quick trip to TRL to celebrate my husbands birthday! Condo was easy to get to and was perfect for our family. We loved waking up to the lake every morning! We took both our young adult kids and family dog. Affordable and comfortable!

Break from reality

The view is amazing! Beds were the most comfortable we have had at any of our trips! It is an older condo but still nice.. my only suggestion is to maybe spray the deck for people like me that are terrified of spiders! I couldn’t sit out at night because there were too many.. but that is just a problem I have! But it won’t stop me from coming back!

Beautiful view of Table Rock Lake!

We had a relaxing time at #456 White River. The view was amazing! The condo was updated and nice. When we had an issue with the door, PJ came over within 10 minutes to change the battery so the code would work. It was quiet. It was nice being 30 minutes from Branson—away from the traffic but close enough to enjoy the amenities. We found a great local restaurant recommended by PJ— The Fillin Station.

Fun weekend

This place is a great location! Right by the boat docks, nice grass cove to swim from just down the hill, and swimming pool right down the stairs. The grocery store is close too! The condo is clean and very spacious for a 2 bedroom. Overall great stay

Nice place

This particular condo was hard to find in the dark because of its location and the way the numbers are located from the road. It could have been cleaned better, we found several items/trash under the beds, behind cabinets and some dishes weren’t cleaned. However, the rest of the place was nice and met our needs. The beds were comfy, nice updated bathrooms and seemed safe. Had everything we needed for our stay. Would recommend.

View overlooking the Lake
