Peaceful and quiet this is a beautiful 3 bedroom house in the ideal location with Beach views and an easy walk to Killcare Beach as well as the cafes and restaurants of Hardys Bay. With reverse cycle AC this property is also pet friendly (see pet policy below).

The entrance sets the tone for this elegant contemporary beach home - the warmth of the polished hardwood floors and high ceiling coupled with the open plan interiors and alfresco deck overlooking the ocean it is the perfect beach spot for soaking up the sun or easy care entertaining with family and friends.

2 separate living areas for the kids to have their own space including second covered deck downstairs

Birthday Beach Break

Overall a lovely house to stay in but I would suggest bigger beds in the Masterbedroom ( plenty of room for a King in such a fabulous large room ) and the single beds downstairs limited by having ends, not so good for taller people, which we had. Access to parking is a bit limiting but seeing and hearing the ocean is always a plus !

The house has everything that is required for an excellent weekend. Beautiful surrounds, beach on one side and the bay on the other. Fishing kayaking and taking it easy, lovely weekend

Lovely house in great location

We had a lovely long weekend - very comfortable and clean house in fantastic location. There were only two of us (plus dog!) but it would be a great house for families with the 2 big living spaces. Thank you!

Killcare holiday

Great location - the house is a short walk from Killcare beach. Anna was a fantastic host and the house was beautifully laid out with plenty of room for our family with 3 teenage kid. A lovely outlook from the balcony and beautiful breezes although no view of the beach.

Great for a getaway!

Beautiful and clean house, with plenty of space. Lovely views to the ocean and well located to shops and beach. Tricky parking due to some construction work happening next door but plenty of on street parking.

Beautiful Killcare Escape

Everything about our stay was perfect. The kitchen is well equipped and has a fantastic flow on to the large dining and entertaining area. Bedrooms were all spacious and comfy. Anna was great in helping with check in and any questions we had about the area. We will definitely be back.
