"Extremely helpful customer service. Excellent check-in time. The only issue we had was a cooling system in our room which took a long time (several hours) to resolve. "We rented a house attached to the resort and it was fabulous. It slept 9 and the rooms all had bathrooms attached. Kitchen, laundry, living room and a small backyard for the toddler.
