  • Sugar Beach Resort #PH-14 is a penthouse suite towered on the sixth floor and located on the front row, inner-end location of the complex. From the oversized balcony, you are just a stones-throw away from the water. This panoramic, 180 degree ocean view is perfect for outdoor dinning, watching sunsets, or observing the whales in season! Sugar Beach Resort #PH-14 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo that can sleep up to four guests. The unit has a full kitchen, washer-dryer, central AC, and an oceanfront balcony. There is a king bed in the Master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. The king bed includes a pillow top mattress. Unit has cable TV, stereo system, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Long distance calling to the US Mainland and Canada is included. The unit also comes equipped with basic beach equipment you will need to explore any of Maui's pristine beaches. A $200 refundable security deposit is required for this unit.
    This condo fronts a long white sand beach called Sugar Beach which is perfect for long walks, sunsets and fun in the sun.
    Same day bookings (meaning arrival is within 24 hours of making the reservation) requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
    Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
    Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
    We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.
    The Sugar Beach Resort is the perfect destination for your tropical Hawaiian getaway! This oceanfront complex is just a few steps away from Maui's longest continual white sand beach, perfect for long strolls on the beach or enjoying postcard sunsets! The complex itself has tasteful Hawaiiana decor and all the amenities you will need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Some of the amenities include a large oceanfront pool and spa, onsite restaurant and lounge, shared gas grills, a putting green and so much more. Located in South Maui, you are just a quick drive away from premier golf courses, tennis clubs, restaurants, shopping, and world-class beaches!

We stayed in PH40 last year and loved it and this year July 2018 we stayed in PH14 & PH40 and both of these 2 bedroom condos are a great place to stay in Maui! Great location and very clean and the views are fantastic from the balconies from these 2 condos! Our family really enjoyed our vacation and the condos! Thank you Jean

Amazing views

You can’t beat the amazing view from this condo. The location was the best ever. The condo was very spacious and comfortable with all of the necessities needed. The bathrooms and bedrooms are in need of some updating but the other areas have been done. Certainly would stay again if in Maui.
