Penthouse 1 @Sugar Beach Resort

  • Frente a la playa de Sugar Beach Resort. En planta alta, Vista al Mar Unidad. Bellamente unidad actualizada con amplias vistas al mar. Disfrute de todas las comodidades en un lugar limpio propiedad, bien cuidado. Todo el complejo se encuentra frente al mar, no hay caminos para cruzar para llegar a la playa! Ático 1 es complejo piso vivían con vistas que van para siempre. Unidad es accesible a través de ascensor o las escaleras.

    Los muebles cuidadosamente elegidos y la decoración en esta unidad actualizada le permitirá funden en 'Tiempo de Maui'. Cenar en tu terraza mientras observa el 'rayo verde' que puede ocurrir cuando se pone el sol en el océano. Hay muchas tortugas verdes de mar nadando en el oleaje frente a Sugar Beach Resort, y magníficas ballenas jorobadas regresan cada invierno para disfrutar de sus territorios de cría en las aguas de Maui.

    Disfrute de un paseo a los más de 5 millas de playa continua cada mañana o por la noche. Hay muchas piezas de césped y muebles de jardín repartidos por los jardines del complejo y la piscina. Los jardines están muy bien cuidados y la piscina se calienta y se mantiene entre los 80 a 85 grados (una de las piscinas más cálidos y sólo calefacción en Kihei). Ático 1 es parte de Sugar Beach Resort, que ganó Gestión del año para 2011.

    La Unidad está muy bien equipado, cuenta con todas las sábanas y toallas que usted necesita. Hay dos de televisión por cable, una pantalla plana en el dormitorio y un otro de pantalla plana en la sala de estar, ambos tienen reproductores de DVD para películas. Se proporciona un sistema estéreo con CD, Internet de alta velocidad de banda ancha está disponible en la unidad también. Hay un secador de pelo, plancha y tabla de planchar, así como una lavadora y secadora. La cocina está totalmente equipada con ollas, sartenes, platos, cubiertos, tostadora, microondas, etc. La comida está disponible en las inmediaciones: Costco en Kahului, mientras Kihei ofrece un Safeway, Alimentación Land, Star Market, y un mercado diario del granjero.

My family visited Maui for our 10 year wedding anniversary. Penthouse 1 at Sugar Beach Resort was a perfect location to celebrate the occasion with our two sons (ages 2 and 8 years old). The accommodations were exactly what we needed. The communication and flexibility from the owners of the condo are amazing. I would highly recommend this location to anyone interested in staying in the center of Maui , with the ability to enjoy South Maui, the western part of the island, or Up Country. We will definitely be back!

Kristi was so helpful with any questions I had about my stay and I would def return to this unit PH1 at Sugar Beach Resort. Location was so convenient and close to every where I wanted to go. View is incredible and the unit was stocked with so many extras for the beach and cooking. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wishes to come to Maui. Truly Heaven on Earth ! 🥰

Well stocked kitchen. The place was as advertised and the views were even better. You can see Haleakala completely and you have a generous view of the ocean too. Great spot. I'll be back.

Everything we needed...

We extended our stay by a few days and were very happy with the accommodations! The bed was so comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities! The location was central to all the sites and activities we had planned.

Kristi is the best. She worked with us on late check out.She was so patient with me when I was at the wrong condo.This place is stocked with everything you could need to cook, but also with everything you need to go to the beach.

Clean & relaxing Condo on the beach! The beach goes for miles. Great snorkeling and such a great atmosphere. Location is central to everything else. We will definitely be back!

Well kept property in a quiet area. You could walk a long time on the beach and not run into lots of people. If you want lots of beach and sun, this is the place!

Sugar Beach exceeded our expectations! Our room was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable. The room provided everything we needed for both beach days and relaxing poolside. We cherished our morning walks along the beach and were captivated by the breathtaking sunsets enjoyed during our evening meals.
