  • Frente al Mar, Frente al mar, vistas panorámicas de jardines y el Océano Pacífico. No hay nada mejor.

    Ver la vida de Maui se despliegan desde la mañana hasta la tarde de su 180 pies cuadrados cubierta de vista privado privado. Raro estupendo apartamento de 2 dormitorios con más de 1100 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable. Con sofá-cama para 7 personas.

    Condominio privado grande en el complejo de condominios en la playa en la soleada Kihei, Maui, Hawai. dormitorio principal con baño privado adjunto. 2 º dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y baño en el pasillo con ducha, gran salón, comedor, cocina con barra americana. PLUS gran cubierta privada vista mirando hacia el océano. sillas de playa, toallas de piscina, electrodomésticos de tamaño completo, como aire acondicionado y lavadora-secadora.
    En realidad, acaba de golpear la tienda de comestibles y le fijan para la semana!

    Información general:
     La puesta del sol de Maui se encuentra en más de 5 acres de frente al mar en Kihei que se considera una de las mejores ubicaciones en la Isla del Valle. Kihei es conocida por su sol durante todo el año, los vientos alisios, y el aire de la noche relajante. Es una de las zonas más secas y soleadas de toda la isla, con un promedio de sólo 10 pulgadas al año! El mundialmente famoso natación y playas de buceo están a pocos minutos en una de las muchas playas seguras de arena en Kihei y cerca de Wailea. A una corta distancia (6 millas) de cinco 18 hoyos de campeonato complejo de campos de golf de Wailea y Makena. Los dos edificios de estructura y proteger una amplia zona recreativa que es cuidadosamente atendido y paisajístico. This is the second time we have stayed at this property and unit. It is a clean, well maintained and perfectly located property for all of our needs. The booking process and all the other administrative aspects went very smoothly again. We will stay here next time we come to Kihei.

Amazing ocean front views!

The condo is as described, kitchen well furnished, beach equipment, very comfortable and the view of the ocean and sunsets were perfect and we saw some whales while sitting on the lanai. We hope this unit will be available for our next visit.

The unit was very well stocked with supplies, including quality cooking equipment, pool and beach supplies. The view from the patio was spectacular. While the unit was spacious enough for two couples and a 16mo. old - the bathrooms were a little small,but wouldn't be a deal breaker if contemplating staying here again. Unit was clean, the grounds immaculate and extremely well maintained, including the pool area.

7 Days is not enough

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We started with reservations of a partial view of the ocean. I messaged the management staff before we arrived to see if there was any full ocean view condo's available and they responded with in 30 minutes with a option to change. Yes it was a upgrade and it was worth every bit. The room was clean and fully stocked with kitchen ware, towels, pillows and beach equipment. There is also a washer and dryer if you wanted to wash anything while there. Checkin was so easy and fast, if you arrive after hours they will send your room number and door code. Pool cleaned everyday with options to rent snorkels etc.. Tennis courts and shuffle board available. Sitting on the balcony every morning drinking a cup of coffee is a dream come true. The condo is very close to lots of amenities so you don't have to drive far at all. A walk to the ocean is just 3 minutes from the condo's. Check out was easy, just drop off the keys and you are on your way. Highly recommend The Maui Sunset and we will be back again soon to stay for 2 weeks.

It was very relaxing to sit out on the spacious lanai and take in the ocean/mountain, tennis court and pool views. The grounds are great because not only are they beautiful, but also functional. You can take long walks on the manicured grass and/or walk a short distance to the beach and walk a long way in either direction. The pool is nice as well. And, the folks at Maui Sunset Vacation Rentals were very responsive to the questions I asked before and during our trip. I highly recommend A420.

We had a late arrival on a Saturday night and were disappointed the office was closed until Monday and there was no one available to provide us with a key fob so we lost a day at the pool. The unit was very comfortable and as described with upgraded appliances, furniture, cooking supplies, tv etc. The whole facility was very well maintained, especially the pool area and grounds. The beach was nice, but the ocean at this location is not great for swimming as it is very rocky. We did have an issue with one rude group of guests smoking pot on the outside walkway by our bedroom windows, the smell of which was drawn into our unit by the ac units, there was no problem once they left and the vast majority of guests at this complex seemed responsible. The property is in a good location with grocery stores, pharmacy and restaurants all close by. As advertised the sunsets were magnificent!!! Strongly recommend and look forward to our next visit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of four (kids are 7 and 8) enjoyed a great week in suite A420 at Maui Sunset. This was the fourth time my wife and I have been to Maui. All of the properties we've stay at prior to this have been good, but this one was a step above for two reasons. Firstly, it's right on the beach, which makes beach walks and sunsets very convenient. Secondly, the location is very near a lot of restaurants and grocery stores, so you are never in the car that come meal time. For the first time, we left Maui thinking that we'd probably like to stay at the same place again next time.We all loved the pool (especially the kids) and the grounds were very well maintained. It was a very relaxing place for a much-needed getaway and it was the foundation for providing our kids life-long memories.The suite itself was clean and well-maintained and the TV options kept the kids busy when needed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and beach gear was great, as well. The lanai had fabulous views of the pool, grounds, and beach, and is one of the suites real differentiators.The only quibble we have would be that the A/C units were pretty noisy and perhaps due for replacement. They are all on max 4-hour timers, which means that I was up in the middle of every night to turn them back on again in our bedrooms. Being sustainably-minded, I completely understand the need to conserve power; however, I'm guessing there is a better solution out there.Thanks so much and we hope to be back at some point!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WE had a family reunion at Maui Sunset. WE rented a6 units. They were all nice. The units near the elevator are noisy. WE loved the views, the kitchens and units were well equipped to cook for a large group. The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning is necessary. We had a wonderful time. Unfortunately they had noisy machines tearing out the grass during our entire vacation, so the beautiful grass was not beautiful.

Wonderful stay and vacation at Maui Sunset!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing condo and property as a whole! So much fun at the pool and playing shuffleboard! The sunsets from our deck were absolutely gorgeous!Condo very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. MS staff are very friendly and helpful! Excellent condo and property

This was a perfect condo for our stay. The condo was clean, was quite good sized including a nice large patio, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking in. We will definitely book this unit again.
