  • Maui Sunset #B-303 is a charming third floor 1 bed 2 bath unit with a partial ocean view, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, window unit air conditioning units in both the bedroom and the living room, and ceiling fans throughout. There is a king bed in the bedroom and the en suite bathroom includes a tub shower combo. The convenient second bathroom is equipped with a shower. A comfortable easy no fuss (no need to take out all the cushions) pull out queen sofa bed and cable television is provided in the living room. In addition, there is complimentary high speed wireless. This unit is also equipped with a twin sized murphy bed to accommodate a fifth guest. Make sure to enjoy a meal on the lani which overlooks the picturesque Maui Sunset courtyard. For beach days, Maui Sunset #B-303 provides beach chairs and beach towels and there is a telephone provided for local calls. Maui Sunset #B-303 sleeps 5. Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation. Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights. We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience. Maui Sunset is a fabulous oceanfront property in Kihei that has lush tropical landscaping, large pool which is heated during the winter months, hot tub, gas grills, work out room and tennis courts out on the beach for your use. Guests return here year after year which says a lot about this property. Great stay and we love Maui Sunset. Perfect location for everything. Great pool and hot tub. Oceanfront with unbeatable sunsets. Nice to have 2 bathrooms and AC. Thanks again.

Cute community. Beautiful property grounds. Very well maintained. Condo was very outdated. Tiny TV in bedroom. Pool was nice but someone had a Birthday party with lots of kids throwing frisbees which were hitting people, running and jumping everywhere so we left. We would suggest updating the condo.

Wonderful place to stay!

Maui Sunset is our favorite place to stay. The unit is beautiful: clean and spacious. Such a great location! The amenities are a huge plus, the pool and hot tub are the perfect temperatures and its name is more than fitting for its fantastic view of the sunset from the beach.

A Gem!

Loved the property! Location - close to everything! In addition to walking on the beach and seeing some turtles sunning themselves, the pool was great. Close to shopping and fantastic eateries.

First time not last time

This place was fantastic. Great location! Easy to get to several different beaches and close to the airport. Lots to do in Kihei with shopping and food. Perfect spot!!

Fantastic location!

The location of this place is absolutely perfect for me! The condo itself could use a few minor repairs but my stay was great and I would recommend to friends!

This is a very old and tired unit. Green towels that get lint all over you and many utensils and dishes are cracked. The sliding door is very hard and difficult to move. The screen door is tired, old and keeps falling off. There is a one inch gap when you close the front door. The extra pillows for the kids beds are tired and the bedding is old. Pillows are inexpensive I don’t know how they can charge this much and not bother. The faucets in the washrooms are hard to turn and the master washroom shower only has lukewarm water. It’s a beautiful location and we stayed for a week because it served its purpose and we were only there to shower and sleep. The price for rental should be way less because the property is sub par. It was very clean, we were provided with nice items for the week such as pods and dishsoap. The wifi was great and the management company was receptive to my feedback. My parents stayed in a different, smaller unit A504 and it was so beautiful, classic and not tacky….we spent our dinners/family evenings there.
