Largest Two Bedroom/ Two Bath in the Village, Sleeps Eight & Close to the Beach


Located in the lower village, ground floor unit #20C has two lanais and a patio. The condo is surrounded by a private, tropical lawn area where children may securely play. The very light and airy 1700 square foot unit is situated on the corner of the building and features cool tile floors. Fully air conditioned plus ceiling fans in every room.

The Wailea Ekahi Oceanfront Village is located on Keawakapu Beach which is perfect for children with its gentle surf and was also voted Most Romantic Beach on Maui. The walk from 20-C is four minutes til toes in the sand! Enjoy sunbathing, swimming and snorkeling. Scuba lessons are available on Keawakapu beach and stand up paddle boards can be rented nearby. Boogie boards, beach chairs and sand toys are available for your days in the sun. Beach towels are in the basket by the living room TV.
From November to May watch the whales play.

Golfers: Ekahi Village is across the street from Wailea's Blue golf course and the Gold and Emerald courses are further south. Down the road from there is Makena's course.

Tennis players: The Wailea Tennis Club is only a short drive from the condo.

The Village consists of 35 acres of beautiful tropical grounds with two story low rise buildings. No elevators or giant parking lots. There are three 'quiet' pools, one of which is only 150 feet from our unit. The main pool is next to the beach. This pool has a pavilion which is complete with a full kitchen, a gym and BBQ grills. Pickleball courts and shuffle board are also on property. The famous ocean walking path in front of the Wailea hotels is only a short stroll down Keawakapu beach. Walk on sand to fabulous restaurants, but don't forget your flip flops!

BBQs are located at the small pool by our condo, the main pool and building 47. Carry dinner and wine down to the beach for a Maui sunset treat!
Pavilion BBQs are available 7 am to 10 pm.
BBQs by the smaller pools are open 3-8 pm.
NOTE:
A starter set of dishwasher detergent, liquid soap, paper towels and garbage bags are included.
A starter set of bathroom soap, facial tissue, toilet paper and shampoo/ conditioner is included.
A starter set of washer detergent is included.
Please do not feed chickens that roam about the property.

Our stay in the condo room 20C was wonderful! Our host was welcoming and easy to communicate with. Our family of 4 adults and one child was very comfortable in the condo. The beds were great and the AC and fans kept the temperature at a pleasant level. The location was an easy walk to the pool, the beautiful sand beach and ocean. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The indoor dining table and the outdoor table on the patio each had room for 6 people. The TV worked well and the living room couch was large. We used both the grills at the pool pavilion and the one located about 2 minutes walk from the condo. A pickle ball court is also only 2 minutes away. We highly recommend this condo and hope to return again in 1-2 years.

This property was absolutely amazing! Perfect location would be an understatement! The owners were super helpful, extraordinarily communicative, and very flexible. The entire condominium is thoughtfully put together with everything you would ever need, including things you wouldn’t think of that make your stay that much better! This was our 4th time staying in this unit. It has plenty of room for a family of 4 even as the kids have grown. We love the location with easy access to the beach, pavilion, bbq’s, pickle ball and adult pool. The unit is equipped with everything needed to relax and enjoy a family vacation. Gorgeous. Beautiful flooring and countertops. Kitchen is top-notch. Washer and dryer! Wonderful family layout with all the kids sharing a huge room. Beach items provided. Walk straight out the backdoor, down the stairs and to the beach!

Beautiful home with lots of benefits

We loved our stay! The home was clean and very close to the beach. Having two wagons, beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkel gear, boogie boards, etc. was a huge bonus! The property manager was responsive. We couldn't recommend it enough!

Wonderful Ekahi stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The second bedroom is large and fit everyone perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards, etc. It was just a short walk to the most beautiful beach, where we played, relaxed, enjoyed whale watching and the sunset every evening. Prompt communication with the owner, and he even mailed back some clothes the cleaner found after we left. Will definitely be back!!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay! We appreciated the easy communication with the host, and the quick resolutions to issues that came up! For example, the wagon was broken when we arrived and a new wagon was delivered two days later. Also, the host was very kind to let us check out late so our baby got his afternoon nap in.

Wonderful location

The location was perfect for us. The house had everything we needed. We loved the beach. (Unfortunately the beach got wrecked by a powerful storm.). The pool and pavilion area was the perfect hangout.

Perfect Family Vacation

We stayed eight nights at this condo with our daughter, son in-law, and our three grandchildren. It is a great space and location. The condo is close to the main pool and beach. The owners supply beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, sand toys and a wagon that was ideal for our family. The condo also has a well-stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed the space and would recommend.

Many great features, but could use a little upgrading.

This condo is large, and in a great location, close to the ocean. We had a wonderful stay, but would suggest replacing the couch, which is old and not very comfortable, putting in a new showerhead, and upgrading the kitchenware.
