  • Con vista al patio tropical muy bien cuidado, este elegante condominio ha sido completamente actualizado. La segunda casa está ubicada en el Edificio 3 preferido en el tercer piso de Kamaole Sands, este espacioso condominio acomoda hasta cuatro huéspedes con un estilo y comodidad consumados. Segundo baño y cocina totalmente equipada. El Kamaole Sands está ubicado justo enfrente del hermoso Kamaole III Beach Park, donde se puede nadar en aguas cálidas, un vibrante arrecife de snorkel y una costa de arena protegida. Pasee por el sendero costero de la playa desde Kam 3 por millas por las playas del sur de Maui, pasando los resorts de Wailea. Hay cable y WiFi de cortesía en la sala de estar y el dormitorio. La espaciosa habitación cuenta con una cómoda cama King con sábanas de lujo y un baño en suite completamente remodelado que incluye ducha y bañera a ras de suelo. También hay una lavadora / secadora en la unidad, e incluso ropa de playa. Hay un escritorio portátil en la sala de estar. Su espacio de estacionamiento gratuito asignado está cerca de la unidad. El complejo cuenta con un entorno de jardín, completo con características de agua tropical, en el que se identifican diversas especies de flora y vida vegetal de Mauis en carteles. La espectacular piscina es la más grande del complejo en South Kihei, y recientemente se recuperó la superficie de la espaciosa terraza. También hay una piscina para niños dedicada y dos bañeras de hidromasaje (una solo para adultos), un gimnasio, canchas de tenis muy bien mantenidas (con equipo de préstamo), muchas parrillas a gas y recepción las 24 horas. La caminata desde la unidad hasta la playa es de aproximadamente dos minutos, desde la puerta hasta la arena dorada. Hay una docena de restaurantes a pocas cuadras a pie, junto con cafetería, alquiler de equipo (kayaks, tablas de paddle stand-up, tablas de surf), tienda de alimentos saludables y mercados de conveniencia. El complejo está ubicado frente y al centro en la cultura de playa bañada por el sol de Kiheis. La tarifa de administración incluye un seguro de protección contra daños a la propiedad de $ 1500 NOTA: Se cobrará una tarifa de resort de $ 62 en la propiedad a la llegada.

Perfect Maui Getaway in a Fantastic Location

We had a wonderful stay here for five days and couldn't have been happier with our experience. The property and surrounding area were very clean, well-maintained, and always felt safe and secure. One of the best parts was the convenient location—there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and places to explore within walking distance, and the beach is just across the street. The condo was equipped with everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, which made it easy to keep our clothes fresh throughout our trip. The air conditioning also worked exceptionally well, so coming back after a day of exploring Maui always felt cool and refreshing. This was my first trip to Maui, and staying here made it even more memorable. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable place to stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Just beautiful…

Just beautiful… the condo, the grounds, plants, trees, it was just awesome. Pool and hot tubs, very relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend

Highly recommend staying here as it has everything you want when staying in Maui! Right across the street from a beautiful beach/park, the condo is huge with all the amenities you need on vacation, designated parking spot, and minutes away from any of the great places to eat in Kihei. Definitely will stay here again when we come back to Maui.

Great stay

Hosts and property were amazing. 3 min walk to beach, 5 min walk to restaurants and shopping and 5 minute drive to mall! Perfect for anyone who wants to get away.

We have usually stayed in ground floor units in buildings 1, 2, 5, and 10 at Kamaole Sands, but the size of the lanai and shade it offered on hot afternoons made this unit our favourite yet. Comfortable bed and well stocked with everything we needed. Having AC in the bedroom is great. The only thing that could be replaced is the wicker furniture on the lanai - the table is wobbly and the chair backs are caved out and put you into an uncomfortable seating position. Other than that, you just can’t beat Kamaole Sands!

This is our favourite unit at Kamaole Sands

We have stayed at Kamaole Sands Resort at least a dozen times. It is our favourite vacation spot. This Unit is by far the best condo we have stayed at. Owner was very helpful and professional. Definitely 5 stars all around.

Perfect location

Really nice condo in a perfect location. The kitchen is pretty basic, and the AC turns off (goes to 76n degrees) every two hours so very warm at night.

Vacation on Maui

Perfect place for 2 people. We loved the huge patio with a great view of the Kamaloe grounds and the ocean in the distance. We enjoyed walking each morning to great coffee shops and in the evening to restaurants. We’d definitely come back.

Great stay, clean condo, love the location and overall stay was excellent, Would definitely rent again. Only small issues were master bedroom room needs more drawer space and the internet for the tv in the master bedroom constantly had to refresh and would lose internet connection.

Loved it!

We loved our stay here. The place was super clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Our bed was super comfortable. Our 2 teens shared the pull-out sofa and didn't complain once which, if you have teens, speaks volumes! Excellent location. Highly recommend it!

Christmas at Kamole

Our stay was awesome! Super comfy beds, condo was clean and had everything that we needed. Loved the location so close to the pool and we had a peak view of the ocean from the lanai We initially had some issues with the tv streaming but once the manager was contacted they took care of it right away! Would def stay here again! Mahalo!

Always Sunny in Kihei

We loved this unit in Kamaole Sands. It was nice to be close to the pool with an ocean view. The unit is lovely, clean and comfortable. There were beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and beach towels which was great! The location is great as you can walk to beaches and restaurants. We’d definitely stay here again!

5 stars everywhere

Really nice place 5 stars everywhere. Not the best area for water activities. Rent car to get to the good beaches. The room it self is really nice
