This unit is air conditioned in the living room and both bedrooms and includes complimentary wifi. The complex has nearby access to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and recreation. There is a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs and a washer and dryer in the unit. Both bedrooms provide queen-sized beds and split a/c and the two bathrooms are equipped with updated showers. The living room provides a medium-sized television with cable along with a split system a/c. Feel your worries melt away as you enjoy a meal out on your private lanai. Kamaole Beach Royale #311 supplies beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels for outdoor adventures. This unit is in the heart of South Kihei and perfect for those seeking the convenience of being right in the center of the action! The unit sleeps up to 4 guests. Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation. Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights. We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience. Kamaole Beach Royale is centrally located across the street from Kamaole Beach Park #1; a white sandy beach in South Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. The central location is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and beaches, and it is a short drive away from the famous golf courses of Wailea, Maui.

Very efficient heat pump to cool the bedrooms at night for sleeping.The condo was very clean when we checked in. Instructions for door access easy! Beautiful ocean views, and blinds to pull down on the lanai when the sun is a little too hot to handle. Great barbecue area on the 7th floor.Comfy beds!Nice pool.Great proximity to restaurants and beachs.Definitely recommend the vonfo

Generally nice 2 bedroom unit. Bit of an ocean view. A/C was nice, though the A/C unit in the living room made a racket on and off. Bathroom cabinets are not in good condition and a number of drawers in the kitchen are stuck closed or extremely difficult to open. Otherwise a good family-friendly place to stay close to beach.

Just like home

We chose this propery because we love Kam 1 beach and it's the perfect location for all the things we like to do. We love that it is a 2 min walk across the street to the beach. We will be using this property for all our future travels. This unit served all our needs very well for the ten day stay.

We were missing having an umbrella for the beach but had chairs to use. We would stay here agsin. They accommodated our late flight out so we could stay till 7pm for a fee but totally worth it!

Great location, enjoy our stay.

Unit was clean and a great location! Our only complaint would be the freezer door doesn't open much making access to freezer very difficult.
