  • Este condominio ha sido renovado profesionalmente, tiene vista a un jardín tropical y tiene una vista parcial del océano.
    Nuestra unidad orientada a adultos tiene dos televisores de pantalla plana grandes, muebles de estilo tropical de alta gama, que incluyen un sofá KING BED & Queen, una mesa de centro Tommy Bahama y muchas piezas de arte de calidad.
    También se incluyen TV por cable y acceso inalámbrico a Internet, así que traiga sus dispositivos inalámbricos.
    Nuestra unidad está ubicada dentro del complejo, sin ruido de la carretera, y es fácil caminar 3 minutos a la playa "Kam III" o 1 minuto a las piscinas y spas.
    Nuestra cocina actualizada es una delicia del chef y está equipada con los artículos que necesita para el uso diario. Un montón de platos, copas, utensilios de cocina, tostadora, molinillo de café y máquina de hacer, licuadora, cuchillos, etc. También tenemos una nevera de vino adicional.
    Hay una nueva lavadora y secadora en la unidad con una plancha y tabla de planchar para su conveniencia.
    Se proporcionan sábanas y toallas. Además, compartimos toallas de playa, sombrillas, refrigeradores y sillas de playa Tommy Bahama, para sus excursiones.
    El lanai al aire libre con azulejos es perfecto para tomar una copa al atardecer o un brunch matutino. También disfrute de una gran brisa cruzada con la seguridad de nuestra puerta con mosquitera de seguridad de entrada frontal con cerradura.
    Las comodidades del complejo incluyen terrenos bien mantenidos, caminos serpenteantes a la playa y piscinas, dos jacuzzis (uno solo para adultos), piscina infantil, gimnasio, cuatro canchas de tenis, barbacoas y senderos para pasear. Hay un mostrador de actividades junto a la piscina donde puede reservar sus excursiones a la isla.
    Se encuentra a poca distancia de tiendas, restaurantes y kilómetros de playas de clase mundial. Otras actividades cercanas incluyen golf de clase mundial, snorkel, body surf, surf de remo, kayak y aventuras en bote, como observación de ballenas, buceo, pesca, cruceros con cena, etc.

This private unit was a delight to stay in....it provided all the amenities on the listing and was so comfortable and cool with the addition of the fans. It was central to many great restaurants and adventures. When we hopefully return we will look into staying here again.

A perfect condo for a couple. We weren’t in the condo much but it was the perfect unit for our stay. Clean, comfortable and amazing location. Will definitely book again!

Perfect location to support the Maui community during the difficult days ahead. Very comfy relaxing accommodations to return each day after long days of volunteer work.

Great location, well stocked

We really enjoyed the location. Easy to walk to the beaches, overall very quiet and unit being on the main level makes it so easy to load and unload from the day. Also everything we needed and appreciated the extra supplies.

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and so is the unit. It’s very comfortable and in a great location. You have an ocean and sunset view from your lanai. It’s a short walk across the street to Kamaole Beach 3. There are also beach chairs, an umbrella and a couple cooler options for beach days. It’s a beautiful place. The host is very thoughtful and easy to communicate with.

Amazing condo.

This condo is perfect for a couple, or 2 couples. very well supplied kitchen, everything a person would ever need. Amazing bed, slept like a log!!!!!! Thank you so much Gwen for allowing me to stay in your beautiful home away from home.

Wonderful and Clean Place to Stay

This is an excellent place to stay! Check in process was made simple by the owner. She answered all of my questions, including questions I didn't know I had. I would stay here again. Beach in front of the condo was wonderful. You can walk to plenty of places to eat. Just overall, a wonderful and clean place to stay.

Good choice for Kamaole Sands

Easy communication with owner, unit was conveniently by the back gate to easily get out to the highway, and also close to the pool but without the pool noise.

Excellent choice

We had a great vacation in Maui. The condo was fantastic, beautiful furnishings with a Hawiian theme. There were plenty of dishes, pots, pans, cutlery and more. As soon as the groceries were put away, it felt like we were home.

We had a lovely stay in this condo. It’s the perfect location in the complex for the pool but still really quiet. We prefer being on the ground floor too. The kitchen had lots of condiments for us to use which was really helpful not having to buy too much for a holiday. The beds were really comfy and my daughter said the sofa bed was the best she’s slept on! We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella too! It was easy to check in and great communication with the owner. You can walk down to the beach in 5 minutes and Kihei is a great location for access to the rest of the island.

Love everything about this beautiful home!

Beautiful condo! Our favorite spot to stay! The apartment location is very convenient with its own patio with the most beautiful view. The pool area, gym and renting booth is 30 seconds away. The beach is right across the street! The hosts were very welcoming leaving a welcome gift and a sweet note! Had everything we would need including beach supplies and snorkeling gear. Definitely recommend for a family vacation home! Can’t wait to be back!

Very nice place to stay. Recommended.

We love this place. Everything was perfect. Very clean, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Everything we needed was there. The unit was beautifully remodeled with attention to detail and had nice furniture. We enjoyed the patio with a peekaboo view of the ocean. The condominium complex is well managed, and their swimming pool was nice. The complex is located across the street from a beach. We could walk to the beach in 5-10 min. We enjoyed our stay so much. Thank you!

Amazing Maui Stay

The location of this property couldn’t be more perfect. You are close to the pool so if you need anything from your condo, it’s a right there. Bottom floor so you have an open green space right off your back deck, with an ocean view in the distance! The location to the ocean is so prime. 5 mins walk and your toes are in the sand! Gwen and Dennis have provided a cooler, all the beach gear you can think of, chairs/towles/goggles and more for their guests. The communication was excellent with them. They were very pleasant to coordinate with :) thanks again!

Amazing stay

Me and my husband came for our honeymoon. The space we rented from Gwen and Dennis was so lovely. the check in process was easy. Just a quick walk to the beach, whether to hang out there for the day or just to see the sunset. The pool is very close to the room and it was amazing having a first floor unit. Gwen and Dennis were so nice to deal with and left a few goodies as a welcome gift! They have most of the amenities you will need for the week! The only recommendation I have is if possible stop by the condo before going grocery shopping to ensure you don’t have to go back out again, or buy stuff that they already have!
