  • ¡Magníficas vistas al océano desde Polo Beach Club 705, con acceso directo a la playa! Disfruta de la serenidad y la privacidad de una de las mejores ubicaciones en Wailea.

    Al entrar en el Polo Beach Club 705, te recibirán los encantadores muebles y decoración. Se sentirá atraído por las impresionantes vistas desde esta amplia terraza privada. Pase sus días contemplando las hermosas aguas azules, Molokini y las montañas del oeste de Maui. Cene al aire libre o descanse con su libro favorito. Las puertas corredizas de vidrio del piso al techo ofrecen una vida interior / exterior sin costuras.

    El salón es abierto y acogedor. Un gran lugar para reunirse y escuchar el sonido sereno del océano o disfrutar de una película. Completo con TV de pantalla plana, sección grande y ventilador de techo.

    Hay un comedor con capacidad para cuatro. La barra de comer permite asientos adicionales.

    La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, hermosos mostradores blancos, platos y utensilios, así como todos los artículos de cocina que cualquier chef necesitaría.

    Su dormitorio principal ofrece magníficas vistas al mar y acceso a la terraza privada. Hay una cama king con ropa de cama de lujo, TV de pantalla plana y baño privado. El baño principal ofrece un área de tocador agradable, ducha con azulejos y mucho espacio en el armario.

705 exceeded our expectations. From the moment I booked a vacation the communication was outstanding, quick, responsive, and very informative. The condo was perfect in every way. From location cleanliness everything you need to be comfortable for a week or more. As I write this on our departure day, I wish I would’ve booked another week. Outside of being in Maui and the beautiful island it is our stay at this condo is a 10 star location and better than any other place. We’ve ever stayed.

This was the BEST condo we have ever stayed at in Hawaii! (we come every year) It was incredibly clean, quiet, roomy and had everything we needed! The kitchen had everything-utensils, spices, coffee makers, rice cooker, blender, and even foil & ziplocks. :) There were tons of games, books & Tommy Bahama beach chairs to use.We definitely will stay here again if we can!!! Thank you for the best trip ever on Maui!!!

Lovely stay at Polo Beach

We had a wonderful time at Polo Beach, with a spectacular panoramic view, and plenty of comfortable seating on the deck. We saw whales from our deck almost every day! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed with what we needed to grill and cook dinner almost every night. The grounds are also impeccably maintained. It was a restful, quiet week and we didn’t want to leave!

Blown away amazing!

Wow! Where to start! The place was immaculately cleaned, the view was spectacular, the kitchen was full fully stocked with anything we could’ve ever needed, and the hosts were super quick to answer all of our questions.This was truly an amazing place to stay for our long overdue vacation. We felt truly blessed to get to rest in such a serene location and beautiful condo. We hope so much to get a chance to stay here once again in the future. Thank you so much amazing hosts!

Fabulous condo

It exceeded all expectations. The view was stunning! Could not have asked for better! The condo was pristine clean and very well appointed. Everything seems brand new! We were two couples and there was plenty of room to either be together or have privacy in the bedroom. Location was very close to great restaurants and shopping and the beach was quiet and restful. This was the perfect place to stay on Maui! Cannot recommend it enough!!

As another guest stated, housekeeping should clean the little mold spots in the bathroom, but otherwise, the unit was sparkling. We could have spent the entire vacay on the balcony, love the nice and quiet Wailea rather than the hubbub further north.

Room needs updating

Room 705 was very expensive and my expectations were that the room would be well maintained. Cracking and peeling walls, Rust on doors to Lana’i making it difficult to open. Bathroom sink stained and missing grout. Old couches.

Family Maui Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in Maui with family and stayed in 705 for two weeks. We love Polo Beach and loved our stay. The room was perfect and allowed our family (with toddlers) to spread out and relax. The room was clean and management was easy to communicate with! The only issue we had was that the fridge/freezer seemed as though it was cleaned with a solution that contaminated the water and ice and we were unable to use either for our stay. Overall, we would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a great beach front stay in Maui!

Amazing place but.....

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is amazing it has all the amenities you need especially in the kitchen as well as chairs for the beach and towels. It’s a beautiful safe building with a beautiful beach! But... the master bedroom bed is atrocious & hard as a rock & since you spend 1/3 of your day sleeping, it’s imperative to have a decent bed. Unfortunately, the co-op ownership dropped the ball on this one and it’s a must that the upgrade or at least add a removable Tempur-pedic pad of some type or just replace his bed all together. We understand everyone has their own type of comfort level, but this was horrible and the main reason why we won’t be back. And why my star overall ratings are lower. There is no excuse when you’re going to charge Four Seasons prices and I have a poor bed to boot. Also, I reached out to the management company it took them two days to get back to us. Hopefully they’ll make some changes for future Gus because it’s truly needed.

Phenomenal Location!

Direct oceanfront apartment in Wailea, Maui. Sunsets and the sound of the ocean are spectacular. Can't beat this location. Will definitely stay here again. Just a little note that the cleaners should remove a couple areas with mold due to allergies. Bathrooms need to be updated as well.

Chemical Smell Issue - Do not rent Through Coldwell Banker Island Vacations

We moved into this unit on a Saturday evening. Tuesday around 4 am my sister woke up vomiting and feeling ill. She wasn't able to get out of bed for 1 1/2 days. We thought it was either a chemical smell due to construction in the building and/or the air conditioning. She had no symptoms Saturday through Monday. We were gone all day Monday until late evening so we were not in the unit. Tuesday morning, I immediately shut down the air conditioning and contacted the management company, CB Island Vacations. I opened all the window and doors. Nothing got rid of the smell. My sister was too sick to get out of bed and get out of the unit. I contacted the management company again and said something was wrong. They brought over 3 box fans to push out the smell but it didn't work. The night was horrible with the heat and no air conditioning which we specifically requested in a unit. My sister was still ill the next day and could smell the chemical smell even though we shut down the AC. We could no long stay in this unit with the odor and no AC. There was a lot of noise due to construction or something going on in other units. On Wednesday, I texted the management company to let them know we were leaving and complied with their check out policy and procedures. My nephew was in town staying at a different complex. He came over and said the smell was terrible and we needed to get out of the condo. He had many direct conversations with the management company on our behalf. So out of desperation, we moved to a local hotel room. We had to dump all of our food when we left Polo Beach Club. We incurred additional expenses now of $3,406.80. My nephew contact the management company again. Their response was they would send someone over to the unit. They called back to say they did not smell anything. They basically said it was our problem and would not reimburse us for any nights. They should reimburse us for 4 nights. My sister was fine within 4 hours of leaving the unit which proves there was a problem with the air quality. This ruined 2 days of our trip plus the inconvenience and additional expenses we incurred. Packing, eating out, moving wasted our time. Bottom line, we incurred unexpected additional costs of $3,406.80 If there wasn't a serious issues, why would we have moved? This was a special trip since our mother passed away in January and another sister was diagnosed with tongue cancer. We needed a peaceful and relaxing trip.

Everything we needed was provided (rentebeach umbrellas separately). The lanai is fantastic with beautiful views and great furnishings. We were able to walk to restaurants at nearby resorts and there were plenty of others within a short drive too. Parking was easy. Loved the pool and beach too! Highly recommend!
