We love Kamaole Sands! It’s the perfect location, right across the street from Kam 3 beach. Building 10 is our favorite because it’s closest to the beach.

The unit was great for our needs. Kitchen was well stocked, patio was very large and location across the street from the beach . Enjoyed the fountain view as well. The host was absolutely fantastic and great communication with her.Mahalo

Great location and very well kept condo. Appreciated the kitchen was well stocked (dishes and cooking supplies), and the towels were cushy! Loved the location of this building on the property and the lanai was great place to have breakfast.

Honeymoon

We stayed here for our honeymoon with our 11 month old daughter. It was the perfect place, exactly how the pictures show, and a great location. Would definitely stay again!

Kamaole’s finest Condo

One of the best units and so close to the popular beaches. Amazing ocean view from the lanai. The condo was well stocked for our holiday.

All you need

The location was great. Easy walk to the beach and shopping/food. The unit had everything we needed to hang out at the beach all day—chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards and coolers. Place was quiet and lovely.

Absolutely wonderful experience

My husband and I enjoyed to stay at the condo. Absolutely wonderful experience. Great location and a beautiful view from the patio. Buy the way very nice mattress on bed.

Great location. View of ocean is beautiful!! The place is a bit dated but definitely worth visiting. The bedroom has no A/c a bit warm but slept well. Definitely recommend the place.

Great Location!!!

We enjoyed our stay! We had an ocean view from the back patio. You can hear the ocean and watch the sunset. It’s beautiful. The condo has all the amenities you need. You can just walk across the street to Kamaole beach 3 where there’s some of the best boogie baoarding!

We loved our stay. Only thing that was not "great" was the fact that they were doing construction in the condos on BOTH sides of us. One day we could not be in our condo due to the noise of chipping tile out. It was a Saturday. Monday before we left the other side was very loud

Beautiful area right across the beach, I was here for a wedding and helping with the process. I was best man and my first time in Hawaii, only regret I have is not booking more time here

Great Location

Property is well maintained. Access to Beach and pool area was great. Barbecue pits located by each of the buildings - very clean and well maintained. Condo was awesome - comfortable and the owners were fantastic with communication.

Unbelievable

8 days in beautiful Maui. Unit has perfect lanai setting with well-groomed landscaping and view of the ocean. Beach is short walk across street with protected cross walks.

Relaxing

Unit was clean , had everything we needed and across from beach. Pool and grounds were lovely. Jillian was very responsive to our needs. A relaxing spot close to everything but not too close. Loved the beach chairs . Mahalo.

Honeymoon in Maui

The overall property was wonderful. We were in Bldg 10 and had beach access directly across the street! The grounds were beautiful, pool area had ample seating and staff helpful! Our unit was perfect on the ground floor and had all the ammenities we needed for going to the beach! we would and will stay here again! Mahalo

Bring your own supplies. The condo was in great condition and clean. The issue was there wasn’t even a sponge or anything other that a white wash cloth to wash countertop or dishes. There was salt, pepper, and zero cooking oil. There was half a roll of paper towels and two rolls of TP for a two week rental. I have rented a lot of places throughout the last ten years and this was the least appointed for living. Again very clean so that was great. Just really need to plan ahead and bring your own or be ready to purchase while staying.

Excellent

We have stayed at Kamaole Sands for years and love it. The property is always beautifully cared for and it's an excellent safe and convenient location. We will continue coming here for years to come. Our condo was exactly as advertised. Great stay! Love building 10 and being on the ground floor. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. Fast and wonderful communication with the property manager when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property and great location

The property manager is amazing. She is very communicative and supportive. The property and location are perfect for the beach and for being close to stores and restaurants. The condo is nice and very clean. Great TVs, internet, and other amenities. It could use a few updates such as the pullout couch, AC in the bedroom, and update hallway bathroom shower fixtures. Aside from those, this a great place to stay and I would highly recommend!
