  • Lovingly referred to as "The Oasis," this charming, newly listed Salt Meadow Kiawah beach house is centrally located and convenient to West Beach, East Beach, and island amenities. The Oasis has a comfy covered porch, plenty of deck space, and the highlight of the home is an amazing pool with waterfall feature. This lovely home has vaulted ceilings and neutral colors giving it an open and airy concept.

    The spacious kitchen has plenty of countertop space, storage, and well stocked with everything you need for preparing meals for the crew. The adjoining dining room comfortably seats 8 guests.

    As an added feature for culinary enthusiasts there is a self-watering herb garden on the porch including fresh dill, cilantro, etc. and a grilling area with an outdoor dining table. Enjoy a freshly seasoned meal while enjoying the sounds of the waterfall on the pool.

    There are three spacious bedrooms with king beds in each. the primary suite is on the 1st floor, two guest suites on the second floor. The 4th bedroom is large room over garage with closet and laundry alcove as well as two twin beds.

    The pool does not have a heater so it is only for use spring through fall. Fireplaces, wine closet, and garage access are not available to guests. No smoking. One dog under 50lbs allowed for $300 fee.

    As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). No smoking.

    When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

    Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

    Town of Kiawah Island Business License #RBL23-000067, max occupancy 10, 4 parking spots, fines issued by Town of $150 and up for additional vehicles and prohibited vehicles, guests are responsible for fines incurred

Beautiful home, nice neighborhood

The house was very comfortable for eight people. It was clean and the location was good. Just a few minutes drive to the beach and golf. Kitchen was well equipped.

Kiawah family vacay

The house was the perfect set up for our group. The 3 couples had king size beds with their own bath attached. The children had twin bed room We were near the playground and were able to bike everywhere. The pool area was great, however, the pool water was cold.

Great stay at Kiawah

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was incredibly convenient to all the golf courses. We were able to come home and have lunch after playing. The grill was perfect and it was nice that it was off to one side. We ate most of our meals out on the patio overlooking the pool. The house was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. We did enjoy renting bikes and riding to the beach. If you were walking, it’s a little bit far to take your beach stuff. We would stay there again.

The kids loved the pool. The kitchen was stocked with all the things you need to cook meals. We rented bikes and loved being able to take rides all over the island. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The price of home does not reflect the inferior. House has a musty smell and the AC was not working properly. Exterior needs landscaping. We were disappointed since the house also backs up to main road in Kiawah and it was constantly very noisy. The dining chairs were falling apart and the microwave was missing the glass dish. Some of these issues could have been avoided if the home was properly maintained and checked before renting. At the high cost per night we did anticipate a home that had less issues.

A nice place convenient to all the action

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was nice and close to everything. The pool was delightful nd refreshing. The open patio was great to get a break from the hot sun but the chairs around the table could use some maintenance. When I first sat down in one of the chairs it kept going back until I was on the floor staring at the ceiling. We moved that chair and had to pull other chairs over from another table. The dining room table was quite nice but the chairs were so big and bulky which made them difficult to maneuver. The kitchen was nice and it was especially helpful to have two refrigerators (one in the garage) to store cold goods. The front door and the door from the patio into the master suite were very difficult to shut as weather stripping was loose and dangling. The front door deadbolt locks were difficult to close. Most all those issues were maintenance related. We enjoyed our week at the home and would gladly return to Kiawah Island again. The rental company was responsive to all our requests.

Overall, the home was clean with a great outdoor space that had something for everyone. It was a newer rental, and it did seem that there were a few details left undone -- things like towel hangers and all of the drawer pulls were just small items that would have been good to have. It was also my first stay in a home at Kiawah where there was only one television; fine for our small family, but likely not a plus for bigger groups.The advertised water feature in the pool was not working; when we called, we were told it was on a timer and should come on automatically. While we shared that the timer must not have been working, we never did see it operational during our stay. It didn't affect our use of the pool, but we were surprised that there was no follow-up to our inquiry.I would stay here again, any hiccups would easily be addressed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this home for the week. The pool was amazing, the beds were so comfortable, the bathrooms were stellar and the living room was the perfect place to unwind. Renting bikes was a huge win and we were close to a not so crowded area at the beach. One of the best things was being able to quickly get access to help/questions when you needed or had them. The only thing we had a hard time with was the front door locks and key. It was hard to lock from the outside.
