This luxury 2 bedroom villa offers breathtaking views of the 18th green of the Turtle Point Golf club and the lagoon.

Located within East Beach Village, the villa is a short stroll from the surrounding facilities of Turtle Point Golf Club, The Sanctuary, and Roy Barth Tennis Center. Beach access is only a 6-minute walk away!

The fully updated villa has a modern kitchen with a passthrough bar into the bright sunroom. The enclosed sunroom extends the interior living space featuring extra seating with a couch and small table for two to enjoy the scenery while sipping on your favorite java or drink. The sunroom opens onto the rear deck and overlooks the lagoon. It's a great space for setting up your laptop for catching up on your emails with your morning coffee.

The living room and dining area make for a spacious and open floor plan with comfortable furnishings to enjoy watching your favorite TV shows or simply hanging out. The open kitchen overlooks the dining room with seating for 6 to dine comfortably.

The living room sliding glass door opens out to the rear deck which offers the best that outdoor living in Kiawah Island has to offer. Spot the majestic Great Heron lounging in the lagoon, and you may even see an alligator basking in the sun.

The master bedroom features a King-sized bed with all new bedding. The master bedroom has private master bathroom with double sinks and Tub/shower combo. The Guest Bedroom features a Queen-sized bed with all new bedding. The queen bedroom has private entrance to hall bathroom featuring a newly renovated walk-in shower. The villa also includes a washer/dryer, a necessity after spending all day outside.

With over 10 miles of pristine beaches and miles of bike trails, you can walk, swim, or bike ride around with ease. Bike and beach equipment rentals are available through the community, and the Kiawah Island recreation programs offer activities for all ages. Visit The Sanctuary Hotel for a pre or post dinner drink, or book a spa treatment to unwind.

Turtle Point Golf Course is a 5 minute walk from the Villa, where you will have access to great dining, both casual and formal at Tamasso's, which serves Italian fare. Plenty of other dining options are available on the island from casual to the high end steakhouse "Ocean Room" at the Sanctuary.

Enjoy Southern city life by heading to historic Charleston, a short 40 minute drive, or explore what Kiawah and the surrounding islands have to offer!

Please note: This villa does NOT have resort amenities such as pool access or discounts on golf or tennis.

Lovely Spacious Villa in Convenient Location

We enjoyed our stay in this Turtle Point Villa. It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. We enjoyed looking out over the pond and the 18th fairway of the Turtle Point Golf Course. It was a quick and easy bike ride to the gorgeous beach. We hope to return next summer if not sooner!

Marathon weekend

This pretty Turtle Point condo had everything we needed for race weekend ,great beds for resting, great space for stretching, and beautiful views to enjoy post race! The condo was clean and spacious enough for the 4 of us to spread out and relax. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice unit, Excellent Property Management

We were down at Kiawah for a quick weekend visit. The unit is exceptionally clean, nicely decorated, good location in the central part of the island, great little deck on the back where you can watch the birds, a massive gator, golfers, etc. The property manager had excellent communication and even went out of her way to assist with something we left behind when departing. We would definitely rent again.

Fantastic!

I’ve been visiting Kiawah for over 15 years so I already knew how wonderful the island is. This villa, however, exceeded my expectations. Not only was it beautifully furnished, completely updated, fully stocked and conveniently located, but the view from the back deck provided nonstop entertainment with the blue heron, egret, and jumping fish. The beds were extremely comfortable and the nice thick towels were a bonus. I would highly recommend this beautiful villa and hope to be back.

Great location and views

We were there just for a couple of nights and property was great and quiet. We enjoyed sitting on back deck looking at wildlife including an alligator who cruised around looking for a snack of nearby birds hoping for a drink.

4927 Green Dolphin Way was perfect in every way. The location was an easy walk or bike ride to the beach. The accommodations were great. The entire condo was light and airy. Check-in was flawless. We enjoyed our entire stay.

Beautiful Condo; Fun Walk to the Beach

Loved this condo - very clean and very updated - beautiful property. I loved the walk to the beach - you passed a few beautiful houses. The walk was a breeze. The beach itself was great - loved walking to the end of it. One of the golf course facilities has an Italian restaurant just a couple blocks away from this condo - a very easy walk. That's my tip for you.

Anniversary trip

Kiawah never disappoints. This is a terrific location. Easy to bike to the beach and other areas. Enjoyed our late afternoons with a cocktail on the deck watching the golfers. You would be surprised how many balls go in the lagoon!

Golf School at Kiawah

This home was perfect for our 3 night stay in Kiawah! Well appointed, comfortable, quiet, great views over lagoon to 18th hole at Turtle Point GC. Location was excellent, near Sanctuary Resort, Osprey GC & beach. Our host was very helpful with great suggestions & tips. We will hopefully return again soon!

Exactly What We Needed

We had such a great weekend at this condo. My husband and I shared it with our friend and her toddler. We had plenty of space--the sunroom was perfect for playing with the baby, and then we retreated to the living room when she went to bed. We loved having the pond in the back (we even saw a few alligators!) and the beach was a short, peaceful walk away. We hope to come back soon.

Wonderful 2 Bedroom Villa

My family and I have been staying in the Turtle Point neighborhood for 20 years. This is one of the cleanest and nicely appointed villas we have rented. I was delighted to find the second bedroom had a queen size bed (instead of the usual twin beds). The towels and sheets were soft, (unlike many commercially laundered linens). I also appreciated there was an adequate supply of dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent (instead of a starter pack) eliminating the need to purchase additional supplies at the grocery store. The beach towels and chairs provided were also a bonus and eliminated the need to rent anything but a beach umbrella. Last but not least, the property manager, Patricia, was very responsive both before and throughout the rental period. We will certainly be returning.
