This Kiawah Island villa rental boasts beautifully appointed interiors, tranquil golf and lagoon views from the open deck and easy access to miles of pristine beaches only a short, 5 minute walk from the villa!

The living room is updated with plenty of space to gather with friends and family, a flat screen TV for entertainment, a dining area to share meals and a sunny screened porch. The kitchen is well appointed and opens to the dining area with seating for 6 and extra seating at the bar counter. The living area opens to an outdoor deck overlooking the fairways.

This golf view villa comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom with double vanities and a tub/shower combo. The twin guest room is located down the hall with another TV and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bath can also be accessed via the hall for guests. This villa is on the second floor and there is elevator access in the building for guest convenience.

Parking: There is parking for up to 2 cars in the parking lot.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
