Great stay

Property was exactly as listed. Beds for four people to sleep alone. More if you share. Murphy bed needs repair, but was usable. Unit was closer to gondola than I expected and no more than two minute walk to anywhere in village. Would definitely stay here again!!

Keystone Skiing

The unit is very convenient for ski in/ski out. The unit is a dated and we had a number of issues during our visit (broken door handle, disconnected cable box, fridge on the fritz). The management company (Rocky Mountain Resort Management) was unresponsive.

Would notbat location again

No TV for the evenings, couldnt even cast to the TV. Rooms run down, windows and doors leaked cold air. All the woodwork is old and run down, furniture old and over used. Not enough soap for a group even though the place is set up to sleep 9

Great location

Great location in Village of Keystone steps from Gondola. Nice amenities. Only gave it a 4 star as decor is a bit outdated. They could also use some larger coffee mugs as believe 6 ounce cups and coffee overflows when using coffee maker. Other than that it was a great stay!

Awesome Location

We enjoyed our stay here. Close location to everything in Keystone. Like staying at the resort. Ski lifts in the back of unit. Very roomy bedrooms and bathrooms. We will definitely be staying here again if it’s available.

All about the location

A bit dated 2 bedroom 2 bath in the Black Bear Lodge. This is as close as you can get to the River Run Gondola and right in the middle of the River Run village. The condo is totally fine, it just has what appears to be original kitchen and bathroom fixtures/cabinets. An update would be helpful but with the focus on skiing and location we would happily return to this condo.

Very enjoyable stay at Black Bear in Keystone

The property was perfectly located for easy access to all amenities of the village. It was very roomy for a 2 bdr/2 bath condo. Management provided thorough information and detailed instructions. The only “negative” we can think of is that the coffee cups provided in the condo are tiny and don’t hold a regular amount of coffee or hot chocolate. Not a big deal though. 😊 Would love to return!

Great Location and Adequate Accomodations

The location is as good as it gets with a balcony overlooking the River Run Village and only steps to dinner, shopping and the gondola. The accommodations were adequate with a working refrigerator/freezer, stove and three tvs. The furniture was a bit worn/old and the plumbing was not great. The toilet flappers didn't seal in one bathroom (leaving them running quite often), one of the sink knobs turning a full 360 degrees and the hot/cold water in one shower being backwards. All these things were relatively minor though and not worth the interruption to request repairs. The management was quick to respond when we had an issue that did require some immediate attention. All in all, we had a great time and thought the rental was a good value.

The unit, finishes and furnishings needed considerable attention. Pull out bed, stove, locks and lights were broken and there were numerous damaged walls, tile, cabinets and furnishings. What repairs had been done were obvious PATCHES that stood out and looked bad. The condo is in a great location but other than that was disappointing and uncared for.

Great property!!!!!

Excellent location. Very clean. Just as described. Would rent again. We were with our 3 teenage boys who had a blast. Sleeping for 8 with four queen/king beds. Loved it!
