Nice small 1 bedroom condo. Good location. Nice fireplace. Not well stocked. Had to buy toilet paper & tissue. 4 light bulbs missing. 1 light did not work, so they replaced 3 light bulbs and tools me not to plug in the lamp again because the circuit blew when i plugged it into the wall. Shower head needs replacement. Dryer for the building does not function purposely. 2 large condo buildings had to share 1 small & 1 large hot tub because Arapahoe hot tubs were out of commission. Very close to shopping and in town amenities including ski lifts.

Room was not clean. Elevator was out of service. Door to the deck was tricky to lock and it took us a couple of days to figure it out. The agency did not respond to our request for help figuring out how to lock the door until the next day. Place is dated and slightly dingy.

Arapahoe lodge

The lodging location was fantastic, but the listing did not specify that the hot tub was permanently out of order. Forcing people to share with another building, there was never availability in the hot tub as there were too many people trying to use shared tubs. The shower curtain was too small for the shower and the shower head was broken.

Mountain House- Arapahoe Lodge

Location, Location, Location! Great access to the lifts and a nice view of the home run which is lighted on nights permitting night skiing. The property was clean and very functional, though it is showing some wear and tear and is getting dated. The kitchen could have been stocked a bit better, but overall a very functional and convenient place to stay for skiers.

It was a great space for our group with enough beds for everyone and most were very comfortable (I heard the pullout couches were unfortunately very uncomfortable). The kitchen had enough dishes, plates, and cookware. However, the sponge left was moldy and there wasn't a new one; there were only 2 kitchen towels, which got dirty quickly and doing a load of laundry with just 2 towels seems wasteful; and there was only one small cutting board. Having a space for 14 adults but only a tiny cutting board leads people to need to cut on the plates or the counters... which is probably why every knife was extremely dull. If they just add a few things to the kitchen I think it would make the overall experience very pleasant. The location was good, but the parking situation was a hassle. Only having 1 parking spot in the building for a place that sleeps 14 adults made unloading/loading items more difficult.
