We are located in the heart of Keystone Resort. Whether you are enjoying a scenic gondola ride or discovering new wildflowers on a mountain trail, we want you to feel safe and we want you to have fun.

Walk to the slope, the shops, the restaurant, and live entertainment. Wake up to a spectacular view of the mountains and all that nature offers. Sit on the deck and watch others or relax in the condominium with your favorite movie or family board games or book.

Wake up to coffee, eat breakfast in the comfort of your condominium as the fireplace roars. Walk to the slope and enjoy the wonderful skiing day and night, and stroll back to your condo for lunch and a hot drink.

PLAY PAST YOUR BEDTIME
When you vacation at Keystone, rest assured that the fun doesn't end when the sun goes down. In the winter, treat yourself and your family to après-ski specials, unique dinner experiences, and night skiing beneath the stars.

After a full day of skiing, relax and soak in one of three hot tubs or an outdoor, heated pool and enjoy the stars and the moon as can only be seen in the serenity of the mountains. Walk to one of the many nightclubs, play pool in the lodge, sit around the fire pit or retreat back to your condo to prepare for another fun-filled day of activities.

Keystone is a family-friendly resort and condo life makes it affordable. A washer and dryer are located in the lodge for your convenience.

Keystone Resort has a free bus service to all locations within the resort. Summit Stage (pick up at Mountain House) offers free bus service to other resorts: Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, Arapahoe Basin, as well as the towns of Frisco, Dillon, and Silverthorne.

Great location with easy access to the mountain. Great value. Only problem we had was with a lack of towels at the hot tub each day, but a single call to the property manager had spare towels quickly delivered to the room to use at the hot tub.

Excellent communication from the host and easy check in process. The unit was well equipped w excellent beds and pillows. The Silver Mill condo is very convenient to the River Run Village and gondola. We enjoyed the hot tubs right outside.

Another good trip to Keystone

This is the 4th year we have stayed at River Run Village. The location makes the ski trip much more enjoyable as you can easily walk to the gondola to start/end your ski day. As with most of these rental condos, they can have some wear/tear on them with minor things, but the unit worked out great and the beds were comfortable. This unit faces the parking lot side, and the building has thin walls, so if you have a noisy neighbor, you will hear them. I would rent this again either way as I think these minor complaints hold true for most of the condo rentals you will find.

Check in was easy. Have stayed in Keystone for 20 yrs and the condo interiors have not changed. Condo was great location in village. Condo looked worn. At least one burner on range didn’t work. OK furnished with toiletries etc.

Decent Unit

Decent unit at lower end of price point for River Run. Good location, around a 4 min walk to gondola and easy access to River Run shops/restaurants. Ski lockers are nice and convenient. Hot tubs and access to pool at Dakota also nice. Kids liked the pool table in the lounge area. Beds are comfortable. This is on the second floor - i'd recommend using the stairs as the elevators are very slow, particularly at peak times. Overall this building is functional yet dated, as is the unit. Two of the four burners on the stove are inoperable, leaving the small burners, which aren't enough to come close to boil water, so cooking anything stovetop isn't an option. We also found trash inside the pullout bed, which was...weird. Pullout bed was comfortable, but there was only a top sheet and two blankets which seemed far from clean. Overall just seems like things needed freshening and deleting - no need for all those chairs in there they just end up stacked in the corner. It's pretty cramped for 4 people. I traveled with 1 adult and two kids, and it was tight. Can't imagine this working for 6 adults in any way unless you just don't bring a bunch of stuff or are ok being jammed into a place. Overall it's fine for a quick ski weekend with the guys, but certainly not a super-nice place, so set expectations accordingly. We still had fun!

Perfect choice for family ski trip

Comfortable 2br/2ba condo close to slopes. Great choice for 4 adults. Enjoyed hot tubs, outdoor grill, pool table, proximity to shops and restaurants. Convenient underground parking. Unit was clean, nicely furnished and included everything needed for meal preparation. Would stay there again!
