This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 5 with a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, and twin Murphy bed. It features an updated kitchen and mountain views. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.

The entryway offers a bench and mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a twin-sized Murphy bed that can be pulled down at night for an additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area is the private balcony that offers mountain views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The modern dining are can seat six at the table or breakfast bar. The full bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV.

Enjoy extra soft oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. Awesomeness 40th!!!

Fantastic for my 40th. The short walk to the gondola made things supper nice!! We enjoyed the pool table, sauna, & jacuzzis!!! We did have a false fire alarm go off one night but things happen. Luckily everyone & everything was ok!! will be staying again @ some point.

Perfect location to ski

Overall, the place was very good for two adults.Listing states that it sleeps five which it technically does, but if you have a lot of ski boots and gear and such, it would be quite tight to have more than two adults. The location was amazing with such an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the river run gondola.

Perfect location

The condo was in a great spot near the River Run gondola and shops and restaurants. It was comfortable and had all basics needed for a weekend stay. Communication with property manager was easy.

Great spot and value!

Great location in River Run and the unit had everything we could need. The management company was super easy to contact especially when I needed to get back into the unit after checking out because of sunglasses left. This is the second time I’ve booked a place with this management company Keystone and have been impressed each time!

What more could you ask for!!!

The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. Comfortable furniture. A kitchen table to play games when not skiing. Well stocked kitchen. Short walk to gondola. Ski storage, heated garage parking space.

Ahh, peace and quiet!

Between seasons, there were very few people around, and, nothing was open. This was fine and even refreshing, since we were there for some peace and quiet. On the other hand, it was disconcerting that we never saw any property personnel except tor the person who fixed the sliding screen. The check-in process wasn't very welcoming, since there was no one to welcome us. I won't fault you for the problems with the hot water--such things happen.

Awesome location, but a little dirty

Pros: Location is great. Walking distance to the gondola and lots of restaurants. Very near to the 3 hot tubs. Underground heated parking. Kitchen has everything we needed. Stairs are close and convenient. Communication before check-in is awesome and gives all the details you need ahead of time. Cons: A little dirty. Murphy bed is very heavy and is freestanding so it's not easy to lower or put up. Couches are pretty worn out. TV in bedroom is hilariously small. Fan in bathroom doesn't work. Elevator slow and extremely busy at the peak times so you may have to wait 4-5 times to allow it to finally come with room available (luckily the stairs are very close and convenient for the shorter trips where you aren't hauling all your gear to/from the car). Overall: The cons are all pretty minor, and the location and affordability of a place that sleeps 5 outweighs these cons. Next time I'll still look around at other options, but I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot to ski from

This place was perfect! So convenient to the ski slopes, with amenities and a perfectly laid out space. We had plenty of room for all of us to hang out and sleep comfortably. They were really flexible in allowing us to keep our car in the garage a few more hours too!

Our second time at this rental

The property is just as listed. The only thing I would encourage the owner to change is the bathtub faucet. I was afraid that it would come off one time. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Mountain get away!

We had a great stay and time. The resort was extremely quiet this time of year. We enjoyed the numerous hiking trails in the area and the fall colors though past their peak where still beautiful. The property management was easy to work with and responded quickly when a need happened.

Great Location, Needs new mattresses

We loved everything about the property except for the mattresses. We slept in the bedroom and on the pull-out couch. Both mattresses were extremely poor and no one got a good night's sleep. Other than that it was great. But a good night's sleep is the most important thing!
