Overlooks Snake River w/ Great Mountain View, Close to Everything in Keystone

This recently constructed 2-bedroom + den, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 8. Clearwater Lofts is a brand new complex near Lakeside Village in Keystone and only a half mile from the Mountain House ski lifts. The living area features beautiful mountain views, a gas fireplace, and radiant floor heating. The full-size kitchen offers beautiful granite countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances. The location is desirable with all of Keystone’s attractions close by, yet just far enough away to ensure peace and quiet whenever you’re ready to relax. Clearwater Lofts also offers two shared outdoor hot tubs for guest use.

The entryway has a bench and mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Just past the entryway, you will find a modern washer and dryer in the hallway closet. The living area features a gas fireplace, a flat-screen Smart TV, a queen sleeper sofa, and radiant floor heating throughout. Just off the living area is a private balcony offering breathtaking views of the Mountain House ski runs.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops, new appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for three. The dining table seats 7 and is perfect for hosting family meals and a subsequent game night. The guest bathroom is just off the main living area and features granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, closet, and ensuite bathroom with double sinks, granite countertops, and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed, closet, and its own entrance to the guest bathroom. The den offers a bunk bed for additional sleeping arrangements.

Guests will enjoy a private laundry in this property featuring a full size washer and dryer, heated garage parking with dedicated parking space, and common area ski locker room with two dedicated ski lockers. In addition, the Keystone resort shuttle conveniently stops right in from of the Clearwater complex if guests wish to take a 3-minute ride to the Mountain House ski area.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Nice new property in a good location. Close to Mountain House base area (10 min walk). Property isn’t prepared well for VRBO though. The internet was poor, making watching TV impossible (buffers). The kitchen isn’t stocked well, we didn’t have salt or pepper. There are no curtains and the windows face a small road. A little TLC from the property manager and this would be a 5 start place…..

Nice new spacious condo walkable to lifts

Spacious layout for 8 of us. 4 kids in the bunk room w pull out was a bonus. Closest of the Clearwater buildings to the slopes for walking. Newer appliances made cooking, laundry, and dishes a breeze. Could use some extra hooks in the bedrooms and foyer but we made do. Quickly realized the shuttle wasn't worth the wait after two passed because they were full. Driver courteously told us another one was coming but no one wanted to wait. Walk was scenic and pleasant over the River and only 8-10 minutes.

Condo was clean, beautiful views of mountain, nice size balcony.kitchen well stocked - just need a cutting board:) Nice linens and decor. Loved the hot tub access as well as biking trail right from condo! We will be back!

Exactly as listed

When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised at how clean the place was. Everything was exactly as it was listed. It’s a perfect location away from all the ski season traffic and very quiet. Although, our visit was at the end of October and ski season hadn’t opened yet. It’s in a perfect location to view the mountains and the ski slopes from the balcony. It’s within walking distance of Keystone village and the slopes. There are plenty of trails we used to walk and get some exercise. It’s in a convent location near Dillon for grocery stores, dinning, and an Outlet Mall. Breckinridge was a convenient 30 miles away with more shopping and dinning. We absolutely loved our stay and if we visit the area again there is no doubt we would stay at the same place! Thank you!

Beautiful condo in a quiet area

The condo was great - very clean, a well appointed kitchen and a balcony with a view of the mountains. We traveled with an infant so the elevator and indoor parking garage was a nice benefit. We would stay here again!

Awesome place!!

The location is great, very close to the resort. An easy shuttle ride to slopes. The place was amazing. Very clean, very new, all the amenities you need - fast internet, good tv, awesome kitchen, lots of beds, spacious, great view of the mountain, ski locker, inside garage space. Highly recommended!!

Comfortable and convenient

Very nice condo in a super convenient location! Short (7 minute for me) and scenic walk to the nearest lift. You can easily access the whole mountain from there and it’s just as easy to get back. It’s definitely a kid friendly place and close to the learning area. One garage parking spot yand one outdoor. Kitchen has everything you need, to include a large pantry. Would definitely recommend for a family ski trip!

Great location and actually walking distance to the slopes

We thought the place was exactly as advertised. There is a shuttle, but once you know where you're going, it's also easy to walk from the condo to the ski area. We had a great time and everything was as advertised!

Clean and comfortable

Enough to sleep for 4 adults and 4 kids (all under 12). The property is either renovated or new. Definately I will come back. You can also get 25% off ski and snowboard equipment rental from Mountain view sports rentals.

Christmas 2021

Super cute place! Has everything you need for a family getaway. The bunk room would be perfect for a family with 5 kids—double bed bunk with a pull out single trundle SO CUTE! Very nice cookware, the only thing missing was a hand mixer or a masher (I made mashed potato’s) but I made do with just using a fork lol…..but everything was very nice and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
