The River Run Village features many restaurants, golf and specialty shopping, rental shops, coffee houses and a night club, all in a quaint Alpine walking-mall setting. Above and among the shops are 12 distinct condo buildings with one, two and three bedroom condos.

The plush lodge surroundings of the Timbers is an world class, Rocky Mountain, top-scale condominium complex that captures the essence of a true ski-in/ski-out resort. This year-round destination resort, located slopeside in River Run, features the one of the finest ski-in/ski-out experience in North America.

Features include sleeps up to six, but most comfortable with 4. One large master bedroom with King-size bed, full size pull-down murphy bed and queen-size sofa-sleeper in living room. Ski out your door and down to the gondola. Services include free WiFi, private ski lockers, park in the underground heated garage on the mountain, full gourmet kitchen with all utensils, Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, 42-inch flat-screen TV, 26-inch flat screen in Master, digital cable and High Definition receiver, part of the $800 million River Run Resort, and much much more.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Timbers. The location is unbeatable—very convenient for accessing both the slopes and the village. Having a full kitchen and an in-unit washer/dryer made our daily routine much easier. Our daughter especially loved spending time in the pool and hot tub!The reception center staff were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Our only suggestion for improvement would be the clothing storage; there is minimal space for clothes, and the closet was quite full with items like fans and a sled. A tallboy dresser with multiple drawers would be a great addition to the unit. Overall, a wonderful stay!

This property was exactly as described. It’s proximity to the ski lift and gondola were great! It was nice to come in and relax mid day. It is also walking distance to many food options. I would recommend this condo!

We had a great stay. We had a few issues but Jospeh took care of everything! We hope definitely to stay again. The Murphy bed was rough but it’s being replaced and Jospeh even tried to have it done during our stay. His response time is fabulous. I definitely recommend this unit!!

Perfect Location

Our ski trips are planned around access to the slopes and this condo did not disappoint. The unit is on the second floor, which is the same as the bridge out the back of the building. Once out, a short walk (less than 3 minutes) gets you right to the Summit Express chairlift. If you prefer the gondola, less than 5 minutes. We have two teenage boys (15 and 17) and had plenty of room for the 4 of us. I loved the drop-down murphy bed in the den area. Loved it, wish we were still there!

Great Location on Keystone

This is a modern, bright, and comfortable condo in one of the best spots on Keystone. Conditions permitting, you can ski in and out. Otherwise, it’s only a 150-yard walk to the edge of the River Run trail, then an easy glide down to the Mountain Express lift. The set-up is super-easy, with a full locker downstairs, enabling you to boot-up and walk out with your skis directly to the mountain. The kitchen has plenty of capacity, with high-end appliances and a gas stove-top. Common amenities, including the pool, hot tub, and lounge, are all top-notch. The local property manager appeared overwhelmed the day we arrived and turned over the house two hours late.It’s a great ski-in spot at our favorite resort in the Rockies.

Fantastic place and a great Keystone experience!

This was our 2nd visit to Keystone, first stay at The Timbers. This condo was wonderful! Clean, well equipped, spacious enough for our family of 4 (kids 9 and 12). It had every convenience we could wish for to make our stay smooth and comfortable. Having the 'den' area with a murphy bed for the kids was a big plus, really made it feel like they had their own separate space, instead of being piled on the couch in the living room. We loved having laundry in the unit, it made drying wet ski layers quick, and we didn't have to trudge around the building with bags of dirty clothes, or hunt for quarters, like in some other places we stayed at in the past. The building has a fantastic warm indoor-outdoor pool for the kids and a nice hot tub. But the best part was the convenience of literally waling out of the back door, clipping into our skis, and sliding directly to the main lift and gondola. Proper ski in/out. Fantastic place. Would love to stay there again.

Great ski in/Ski out condo with lot of amenities

Myself and two of my kids under 10 stayed here for a quick birthday trip to Keystone and loved the ski in/ski out access as well as the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and work out room. We also made use of the grill by the pool for some quick meals on the grill.

Wonderful Keystone Ski In - Ski Out

Great condo! Parking garage is nice and kept our car covered and warm. The walkway to the ski slopes is on the 2nd floor (same as condo) and a quick one minute walk to your skis after a lunch break. The beds were comfy and we just loved the setup of this condo. Enough space and with 2 full baths it was quick to get ready and get the boys out for the day of skiing. Wew loved it!

We loved the location of this property! It made getting onto the slopes every day, such a breeze! The parking garage was great for the cold days/nights! The hosts were very responsive and checked in on us to make sure everything was going as planned!

It was perfection!!! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was ideal. Second floor right off the bridge… What’s not to love?! The decor was beautifully mountainous, and all of the seating very comfortable. The kitchen set up made it so easy to cook for a week. I would come back in a minute. Thank you for having me.
