Inside, the cozy living room features plush furnishings and a microfiber sleeper sofa that converts to a queen-size bed, ideal for accommodating two extra guests. Curl up in the leather recliner by the gas fireplace or enjoy classic gaming on the flat-screen TV, which includes an old-school Nintendo 64 for nostalgic fun. A Bose stereo/CD player is also available to set the mood with your favorite tunes during dinner.
The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials to prepare home-cooked meals. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into the dining area, where a table comfortably seats six, making it great for entertaining.
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress topper and a TV, plus a private en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed with a memory foam topper and its own TV. A second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is conveniently located for guests.

Just as advertised
Convenience of hot tub and pool are big pluses. Location is in resort village. Not so good internet, but didn't contact management about it. Overall, it was pretty much exactly as advertised.

We were there for an off season destination wedding. The resort was perfectly located to our transportation and there were many options for food. We had an elderly relative with us which limited our activity options.The unit was conventionally located in the building and underground parking was a plus. However, the property management should look into general upkeep of the unit. The door locks throughout the property were finicky, requiring several attempts to gain entrance. The blinds in the unit were dusty & didn’t adjust properly. There was mold in the corner of the main bedroom shower. As others had been noted in other reviews, it might be time to upgrade the size of TVs. While during high ski season these things would not be much of an issue, during off peak these they are of concern.

Great family stay!
Our family has stayed in River Run for many years, but this is the first time in Dakota Lodge. It was a great choice! This particular unit was very well appointed and the 1st floor placement facing the pool & hot tubs was ideal. Lots of families and kids to interact with during our Spring Break visit. Would definitely consider again. And SkyRun is top notch with their service.

Large condo in great location
Nice large floorplan on a first floor corner with lots of windows and light unlike middle units with just windows at the balcony/patio. Unit is appointed well with granite countertops and nice furnishings including a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Owner's cupboard had lots of handy grocery items that were take and replace if you forgot the sugar for coffee or something small. It is first floor and the heated pool and hot tub are directly outside for easy access. Easy, close access to the village shops and restaurants. You can literally see the shops outside the living room window.
Unit needs a technology upgrade. Largest TV is a 24 inch with a small tube TV in one bedroom. Not the highest priority to watch TV on a ski trip but if you wanted to watch for the weather, which is important, a 24 inch is surprisingly small for this large unit. Our trip was right in the middle of the college basketball tournaments, while they lasted, so we did want to watch that and a larger TV would have been nice.
If you are bothered by noises, this is probably not your unit. Lots of noise especially around the master bedroom. There was some air handler unit or something above the bedroom that would come on and off all night with a low rumble/whir that sounded like a plane flying over. The stairs to the parking garage are right next to the master bedroom, which was actually very convenient as the elevator in the building is very slow, but the entry door to the stairs and a creaky metal gate can be heard at night and early in the morning. And it is first floor, which is great for access, but there will be people walking around just outside.
Overall, I would rent this unit again. The spacious floor plan, location in the village, easy first floor access and nice upgrades all overcome the other little quirks mentioned above.

Great Location at the Keystone Base
Place was clean, beds comfy, and we really liked the 1st floor location. Checkin is at the Skyrun office not far from the condo. We were able to get keys early and park in the underground garage. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Awesome and close to gondola and restaurants!
Loved the fireplace and that tree hot tub was right out back. We really enjoyed staying here. Close to everything! We just parked and walked the whole time.

Best Location in Keystone!
This is a spacious, updated condo! There is plenty of room in the kitchen and living room, and the separate dining area really makes the unit feel large. The bedrooms are great as well, master bath is very large with double sinks. The patio opens right up to the pool deck, so it is great to relax in the hot tub after a day on the slopes. It is a very short walk to the gondola as well as all the River Run shops and restaurants. The heated underground parking is great, and the door to the stairwell is right across the hall. Not far from the elevator either! Being so close to the pool we were worried about noise all night but it was never an issue. The only complaint we have is the noise in the master bedroom at night. It sounded like pipes always running, maybe it was the heater for the garage below, but it was a little aggravating. We got used to it after a couple of nights but this was the ONLY complaint we have, and it is very minor.
The staff at SkyRun was great, they were able to accomodate our early check in as well as getting us discounts on rentals as well as snowmobiling. If you have time, we recommend White Mountain snowmobile tours, those guys were great!
To sum it up, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. There was plenty of room for storage, kitchen was large and updated, and the convenience to everything is worth the price alone. We will definitely stay here again our next time in Keystone!
