This vacation rental offers the perfect blend of luxury and location. Relax in front of the gas fireplace or take in the magnificent views of the Keystone Ski Area through the arched windows in the living room. The full kitchen comes complete with counter seating and makes mealtimes a breeze. Step outside onto your private balcony to breathe in the crisp mountain air and watch skiers and boarders on the slopes. And when the mountain closes for the season, you can take in the sounds of the various summertime festivals. Enjoy access to multiple amenities, including a shared pool, tennis and basketball courts, laundry facilities, and a shared gas grill for warm-weather cookouts.

Located right in the heart of River Run Village, Expedition Station is ideal for family entertainment. This condo is just steps from restaurants, retail shops, and other local vendors. Enjoy the ice skating rink and outdoor firepit in the wintertime, and hop on the gondola for easy access to the slopes. You are perfectly positioned to join in the revelry during the summer months. Check out the live entertainment and annual festivals, and sample some locally brewed beers. And if festivals are not your style, hike, mountain bike, golf, or go horseback riding!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Location, Condo Needs some TLC

Love this location and have stayed in this building before.This time, the check-in process was a nightmare. We were given a 10-digit code for the room door, NOT the 4-digit lockbox, which is what we needed first to get the keycard for the building door. We called in and were given the codes; first lockbox was empty, 2nd lockbox had a card - both had different codes - neither of which we were given originally.Some of the units are dated, and this is one of them. One brand-new couch was lovely; the other two were VERY worn. The carpet seems original to the unit, it was very worn, dirty, and stretched. I did not want to set anything on it. A smoke detector was MIA in the 2nd bedroom, and no remotes had batteries that worked. These issues did not ruin our trip - we wouldn't let that happen. It's a shame for such a great condo/location to be overlooked with little things that could be fixed to make it AWESOME.

It's the little things

This place would be great for 2 couples and maybe a kid. the pullout couch was broken when we got there and the twin pullout was a joke. Vacasa is the managing company and they offered a 25% refund due to the issues we had. I have yet to see that refund and this is the second time dealing with Vacasa and having issues. The pillows were completely flat and so uncomfortable. The living area is really small but the 3 couches make it nice to have more seating. You have to rearrange the furniture in the living area to utilize the pullout couches and when you do then there is very little room to maneuver anywhere in the living/dining area. The floors were stained and looked dirty. We utilized the full/queen air mattress they provided and it took up the entire living area. We had 7 people staying in this rental which the listing said it would sleep and it was pretty cramped and really unfeasible. We had 3 adults, 16 year old, and 3 more kids ranging from 8 to 11. Best part about this place is the fact they offered 2 garage parking passes. This is unheard of. So I give them props for this.

Mouse in the room

There was a mouse in one of the bedrooms, the TV didn't work on the main room for two days. We stay every year at places and this is the first place their wasn't enough silverware, some of the dishes were dirty in the cabinet, two pans still had greace.on them, there were no board games and the mouse in the guest bedroom was concerning. The balcony was nice, the fireplace worked and location was great.

This unit was not as advertised. It claims to sleep 7 but our kids had to sleep on the floor since the sleeper sofa was broken. It had 6 towels for 7 people. 6 forks, a broken toaster, leaking toilets and very outdated. Not enough blankets for 7 people and just not as expected for the amount we paid.

I never received the code for key card to.get in building. It would have been been.nice to have more than one.. The keypad to get in room was confusing and didnt lock. We realized our room was unlocked all night. I reported that 6 coffee cups were dirty and crusty. We let them soak and put in the dishwasher when we left. We go to Keystone every year for this festival and this is the first time using VRBO.. I am not sure i will do it again. Other companies are much easier to get keys and no door codes. Thank you

Locked out of building during our entire rental period.

Locked out of building, parking garage, common area and room. No one was available to help us. We tried all avenues of communication (text, email, phone, emergency/after hours). No response. I cant believe how difficult this stay was and how it impacted our vacation.

Property is really nice, location is good, a little farther from the gondola than I thought but still convenient. Check in process was the only bad part: lock box combination to get access cards which expired the next day. A little confusing who to call for help .Overall would stay there again

Close to everything

This place was clean and very convenient and close to the little village that had plenty of cute places to eat & shop, and just about a four minute walk to the gondola. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.
