Balcony Overlooks Pool & Hot Tub, Close to Gondola & Short Walk to Shops

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground floor condo sleeps 6 with a king bed and a double-sized bunk bed. It features a private patio with views of the shared pool and hot tub. Updated kitchen. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace and a cozy sectional. Just off the living area is the private patio. Take in the fresh mountain air and enjoy views of the courtyard with the shared pool and hot tub. Perfect for keeping watch to see when the hot tub is empty before you head out.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four and there is one additional chair. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and has a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary suite features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom has a double-sized bunk bed and a flat screen TV.

*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $4 a day from May 1st-November 30th and $8 a day for parking starting December 1st through April 30th*

Cannot beat the convenience of walking to the gondola! It was great to have 2 bathrooms with 4 people staying there and we had everything we needed to cook our meals in the comfort of the rental. It was great for the kids to have the pool/hot tub right outside the room. Only complaint is the master bed was not comfortable.

Perfect Ski getwaway!

Loved the location of this property! Just a short walk to the lift and restaurants. I stayed with my husband and 2 kids (11 and 13). Just a short walk to the gondola and restaurants, and next to the ice rink! We enjoyed the hot tub, and loved being on the 1st floor of the unit! Would definitely stay here again!

Parking in heated garage means we didn't need to lug our stuff in and out. Plenty of nice restaurant and grocery options within walking distance. Just a short drive to A-basin.

Great Keystone - River Run Condo

We have stayed in this Keystone condo located in River Run twice. Both stays were over Father's Day weekend. This is a ground floor unit with easy access for the kids to get in the pool and adults in the hot tub. The parking garage is climate controlled and there are plenty of convenient spots, even for our huge Hummer! River Run Village is quiet in the summer, but most of the restaurants are open. Be sure to check out Lime for the best tacos and margaritas in Summit County!

Being on the ground floor provides easy access to the pool and hot tub. Overall condo was clean and cozy. Everything needed to cook and prepare food. On the smaller side for a family, but functional enough. You have to pull the dining room table out to use it then put it back when done. Overall great experience. The pool area had some roped off areas that need maintenance, but didn’t stop anyone from enjoying the water.

We are a family of 5, so having two bedrooms and a living area, all separate, really helped us get the most out of our stay and not drive each other nuts. The unit was clean, quiet, and convenient to the pool/hot tub. The ski locker fits 3 snowboards and a pair of skis. The only negative experience was that we weren’t able to get I to the unit u til 5:30 instead of the advertised 4:30.

Perfect family ski vacation with small children!

This condo was so conveniently located in every way for our family vacation. We could walk to the lifts, to shops and restaurants in the village, and to pick up our ski rentals. There was no need for our car once we were there. We really appreciated having a first floor unit that opens directly to the pool and hot tub -- our 5 and 7 year old girls wanted to swim every day and this made it super convenient! Additionally, the parking garage is easy to access as well as the ski lockers -- everything starting with check-in and throughout our stay was just easier than most vacations we have taken. Beds are comfortable and the full size bunk beds were a nice touch for families traveling with kids. Furniture is a bit large for the space and may need a refresh, but for the price we paid, we feel like we got the best deal. The unit is well-equipped and in great condition!

The beds were SO comfortable! We rented through Summit County Mountain Retreats and they are a great management company to work with! Check in and check out is so smooth.
