Welcome to our mountain condo. This updated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The private balcony features mountain views. It is ideally located in River Run Village, as you are just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and local festivities. Plus, a short walk to and from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities, including an outdoor pool and a hot tub.

The entryway has mounted hooks, a rack, and a small bench. There is new flooring throughout the unit. The living room features a mounted Smart TV above a beautiful stacked stone gas fireplace. There is also a pull-out queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping options; sheets and blankets are in the closet. This above ground-level, first floor unit with a private balcony offers scenic mountain views and outdoor seating. The bedroom features a new king-sized bed and a mounted Smart TV.

This full-sized kitchen has beautifully upgraded quartz countertops with stainless steel appliances. It has all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats four. The updated full guest bathroom is just off the living room and has a pedestal sink, vanity lighting, and a walk-in shower with a bench. There are plenty of towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $8 a day for parking starting November 1st, 2025*

Relaxing Get Away!

The communication was amazing and the company was so helpful! I loved the place! It was so clean and perfect for what I needed. There were great updates and instructions from the company so I had no problems and no confusion. I would highly recommend this company and this property.

Quaint space

We enjoyed our stay, especially the proximity to Keystone Village. The only down side was the weather was hot and there was not adequate circulation. I highly recommend a ceiling fan in the bedroom or a much quieter portable fan. The box fan was too loud to sleep.

Keystone ski trip

The condo was very nice. It was clean and the bedding/sofas were comfortable. It is a short walk to gondola - 10-15min. We will stay here again. Unit needs - ceiling fan light in bedroom. It would be nice to have some cooking supplies-such as Pam spray, little bit of oil, basic spices. These things are not easily purchased in small quantities. Tea bags! You supply coffee but no tea!!!

Great location! Super homey and spacious for my boyfriend and I! Only issue was the heating being too hot and while the apartment was nice and clean I don’t think anyone cleaned under the bed in the last few months.

Very solid rental.

Great location. About a five minute walk to the gondola. Property was clean and as advertised. We would happily stay at this location again. Kitchen furnishings would benefit from an update. There were three very small coffee cups (about 4 oz). Simple coffee mugs 8-12 oz would have been greatly appreciated. I would also recommend a quick trip to Costco (or Sams Club) to buy some simple silverware. The utensils were very limited and numbered; 6 table spoons, 7 tea spoons.... Just buy some inexpensive silverware and don't worry about counting them.... With that said, as I mentioned, I would stay here again. We greatly appreciated that there were ample coffee filters for the week. A few bags of coffee grounds to get us started. A roll of paper towel and a few rolls of toilet paper. Thank you. Thank you for letting us rent your property.

Great Time!

It was a great time, hit the snow just right, walking distance to everything, warm & cozy Condo. Only issue Hair dryer wouldn't work, everything else was great. Enjoyed the Hot tub too.

Keystone Condo

Being kind of off season was a plus in that the area wasn’t teeming with people. Very nice amenities (hot tub, pool, weight room and sauna) AND they were open for use!! Small but efficient space that worked great for us!

This was a great condo for a summer stay in Keystone. It doesn't have sweeping views but is shaded and stayed cool during the hot days. Very comfortable lounging and bedding.

Great place to relax!

Relaxing spacious one bedroom condo on 1st floor with excellent weather and location. Cool breeze every day. No air conditioner was a very nice change. Very comfortable bed & pillows. Dish satellite was nice.
