    Pull up to the first floor of this island beauty showcasing lush, vibrant foliage surrounding this quaint abode. Step onto a private front porch, perfect for a morning cup of coffee as you daydream of your island adventures. Slip inside to a bright and cheery living space with natural lighting inviting you in. Whip up your meals in a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances which can be enjoyed at the table for 4. Cozy living room furnishings surround a flat screen TV, perfect for movie and game nights. 

    SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS…
    Totaling 3 bedrooms, this home is perfect for bringing all your loved ones together in Paradise. A queen guest room with a TV and a full guest room both share a bathroom with a shower. The queen primary suite comes with a TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower.

    OUTDOOR LIVING…
    Your tropical fantasies will come alive outside in the lush backyard area with delightful foliage surrounding an outdoor shower and private pool that comes heated in the winter months. The pool is NOT shared with the guests upstairs. Grill up your fresh catch of the day to be enjoyed at the outdoor dining table. This home is just a short stroll or bike ride from Duval St., Historic Seaport and the beautiful beaches of Key West!

    PARKING...
    Off street parking for 2-3 vehicles is available making coming and going a breeze!

    PETS...
    Small dogs are considered at this home on a case by case basis. A pet fee is required.

    MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS...
    For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH:
    Mid-stay clean
    Pool/hot tub heating fee (if applicable)
    Pet fee (if applicable)

    BOOKING DATES...
    This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last).  We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.

    CONCIERGE SERVICES...
    Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

    CANCELLATION...
    Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.

    Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All you need to bring is your food and sunscreen, everything else is provided. The home is very well kept and clean, the location is a short walk to many great restaurants, and the neighbors are friendly and quiet. If you are looking for a great place to decompress, this is it.

Great rental in Key West

My husband and I rented the Weekend House for a month to get out of the cold Midwest weather. The property was the nicest we have rented. The management company was great to work with throughout our stay. The house was CLEAN, well stocked and just as described on website. It was truly a great setting for a relaxing month.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently finished our month stay at The Weekend House and have signed up again for 2026. Having visited Key West many times during spring break and experienced varied rentals, The Weekend House was by far the BEST rental we have experienced. Everything we needed (except food) was provided for us. The contact person from the management company was easily accessible to us and we even got to meet her during our mid-month cleaning. The house and property were exactly as depicted in the description and photos. We highly recommend The Weekend House to anyone wanting a place to relax and decompress.
