The Space:

This bright and airy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom space features an open-concept living area, a private balcony, and all the comforts of home. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, and stove. With AC, free WiFi, a private washer and dryer, and access to a shared pool, Sky Loft has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The Neighborhood:

This unit is located on the highly touted Southard Street, just steps away from the world-famous Duval St, the Historic Seaport, and a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars.



Getting Around:

Parking Information: Unfortunately, there is no on-site parking for this unit.



For overnight parking, here are some parking lot options:

• Fleming Street Pay-to-Park Lot (This is Closest to you!)

• 204 Simonton Street

• Caroline Street Outdoor Parking Lot

• Park N Ride Old Town Garage



Street parking information:

• There are pay-to-park spots and meters - it is free from 12am - 8pm. There is a 3 day limit.

• The neighborhoods of Old Town offer some free parking spaces, but be aware that many of the spots are marked “Residential Only” and visitors are NOT permitted to park in them.



There are a variety of great ways to explore Key West including by bicycle, scooter, golf cart, Uber, Taxi, or by feet. As this unit is located in downtown Key West, many attractions are within walking distance.

Great first trip in Key West

Loved the place. It’s the loft so expect to have to go up and down stairs. Pretty steep ones if bringing a cooler etc. However, such a cute place and the communication with host was excellent. My husband is 6’4 and he managed. I would def go back. Enjoyed it thoroughly

Great location & nice quirky space

This really felt like we were part of the neighborhood. It was a little tough with the low slanted ceilings, but we did know about that in advance. The pool area was lovely.

A retreat in the center of the action

This place is lovely and uniquely designed given that it’s on the top level. It’s exactly as pictured on the inside and outside. Very easy to access. Parking is a little difficult as most of the spots are for residential permits. I’d suggest not renting a car. It’s costly to park. Also, take note, the pool is not very big, but it nevertheless serves its purpose and you get to meet others who are staying in the small complex.

Great place and location!

Very clean and neat. Centrally located to Downtown Duval, Southernmost Point and Truman Annex. The place had everything we needed. Incredibly accommodating and nice to work with. We will definitely be back. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

Perfectly Located and Spotless!

Greatly enjoyed our stay! Property is in a terrific location-central for walking to everything: Duvall, Southernmost Point, Mallory Square, Fort Zachary Taylor State Park, the marina. We only used our car one time to drive to Smather's Beach, but honestly could have walked there as well. The loft was spotless and very cute. My daughter and her friend are on the tall side ( 5'10" and 6' ) so they had to watch their heads, but other than that it was a wonderful stay. The spool was a welcome place to cool off after a day of walking or beach. We enjoyed watching the resident three legged iguana and I spotted two white crowned pigeons in the trees at the property. Overall highly recommend!

Nice and quite spot

The condo was nice and cozy. The ceiling height was a challenge for me at 6’3” but fine for my wife. The pool area was nice and sunny in the morning and had great shade in the afternoon. Very convenient for getting around in a great central location.

Perfection!

Our stay in the Skyloft was nothing short of perfect. It is a great location… short walk to Duval, close to marina area, not far from the southernmost point. We rented bikes for the stay and it was the best way to get around. The property itself is modern, large, and very comfortable. The updates are lovely! We couldnt have asked for a better place!

Single Night Stay - Great Location, Clean, but check-in/check-out hours limiting

This property is in a fantastic location--walkable to so many of Key West's activities. There is also a nice bike rack out front if you choose to rent a bike (totally recommend). The property was clean and the listing was accurate. If you are tall, probably not the best place for you to stay as you are basically in the nicely updated attic and there are some very low ceilings in certain areas, including the shower. We were very pleased with our stay. Only thing of note is that we stayed for one night and check-in was 4PM and check-out was 10AM, so very limited time at the property other than sleeping. Asked for a late check-out but they were unable to accommodate even an additional hour.
