Summary:
Welcome to Sky Suite On Duval Street - a newly remodeled masterpiece that overlooks world famous Duval Street. The front house of Sky Suite is a rare find on the 700 block of Duval Street. History meets luxury here in this 1935 home that has been updated with modern designs and finishes. The location provides a great home base for all of your activities on the island and a place to kick off your night on the town.

The Space:
The downstairs master suite features a King-sized bed and a chic, newly remodeled master bathroom with brushed-nickel light fixtures and a large walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead.

Inside the upstairs bedroom you will find another King-sized bed, large windows for letting the morning sunlight in and a gorgeous en-suite bathroom with glass shower doors and pebbled floors.

Along with the spacious king suites, you can find a queen-size murphy-bed easily accessible in the living room for an additional two guests joining in on your trip.

The spacious, colorful common area offers a plush, 3-seat tanned leather sofa, a unique dining table for six and french doors leading to the private balcony overlooking Duval Street. On your way up to the second bedroom, there is a powder room equipped with a stackable washer/dryer. The custom-built, gourmet kitchen features stainless-steel appliances including a dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker

Guest Access:
Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to check-in to enter the unit.

How to access: This is a second-story home with stair access only.

The Neighborhood:
On the 700 block of Duval, The Sky Suites on Duval is centralized to everything Key West. Feel the energy of Duval Street from your own private balcony that overlooks downtown and has plenty of room to enjoy a quiet morning or a late night hangout.

In the heart of Duval street you can find many of locals favorite's such as: Martins, 915, 801 Bourbon Street Pub, Moondog Cafe & The Hemingway House.

Looking for a night out? Find Willy T's, Fogarty's and Fat Tuesday’s at the other end of Duval, but don’t worry there are pedicabs everywhere for easy transportation up and down Duval Street. Being in the heart of everything does come with noise of Duval street, but nonetheless an easy and convenient location to experience all Key West has to offer!

Getting Around:
Parking Information: Worried about parking? Don't! Sky Suite offers one private off-street parking spot located behind the building - quite the luxury in Key West! Please note the spot is tight and meant for smaller vehicles.

There are a variety of great ways to explore Key West including by bicycle, scooter, golf cart, Uber, Taxi, or by feet. As this unit is located in downtown Key West, many attractions are within walking distance.

Other Things to Note:
- There is a private stackable washer/dryer.
- The freezer includes an ice-maker.
- This unit is not pet friendly.

Key West St. Patrick’s Day

Property very nice, convenient area. Shower in upstairs en-suite did not work but management addressed the issue and resolved the problem. Decks, stairs and railings could stand to be sanded and painted. Barn style door on 1/2 bath did not stay closed and had no handle on interior, management addressed the issue but the door is not wide enough to provide secure privacy for the bathroom.

Great place to stay.

We enjoyed the stay at the Sky Suite on Duval. The property was as described and gave us a great place to relax. The people watching from the balcony was a hit. The only down side might be the outdoor speaker from the Bourbon Street Pub a few doors down. The speaker was extra loud highlighting a “not so great” singer one night. This doesn’t take away from the great features of the property, but be aware this is in a lively area. The property manager was great when we had a small issue with no working hair dryers and we had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the property. Comfortable accommodations and a location we would recommend. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect Getaway Place

Very clean and stocked with everything you need to settle in for a comfortable stay. House is perfectly located in the middle of Duval Street for easy access to sightseeing hot spots, restaurants or sunset views. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Fun getaway

Loved it! Did not use parking spot but nice addition. Window units helped with noise but worth it to stay on Duval. Excellent communication before stay. Had everything we needed and would highly recommend!!!

Great rental

Our stay at this rental was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. The location was ideal – close to local attractions yet tucked away enough to provide the peace and quiet we were looking for. The hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They provided helpful recommendations and were always available for any questions we had. The attention to detail in the home, from the luxurious linens to the well-stocked kitchen, made us feel like we were staying in a five-star resort. We particularly loved the outdoor space – the view was breathtaking, and we enjoyed our mornings sipping coffee on the patio. It was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. We can't recommend this rental enough and look forward to returning again soon. If you're looking for a getaway that offers both comfort and luxury, this is the place!

Girls trip getaway

We three ladies had a great stay at this condo. We had no issues. Beds were comfy. Great updated bathrooms/showers. If you are sleeping on the Murphy bed it can be a bit noisy with people out on the street/drag racing etc. The bedrooms both have window a/c units which help keep the room cool but also drown out the outside noises. Would definitely stay again.

Property was in the middle of everything, right in Duval street and you could get everywhere by walking. House was clean, in great condition and had everything you could need. Owners were very attentive and helpful all the time. Would definitely stay if I go back to key west!!!

Our Keys Getaway Vacation

My husband and I chose this place because is was pretty much in the middle of Duval! Once we got into the unit, it was BEAUTIFUL!! Everything looked recently remodeled. (A flight of stairs to the unit, and another flight to the 2nd bedroom.) Both bedrooms ~ each with a full bathroom ~ were spacious, the living area was really big, and the kitchen was perfect size. We didnt need the washer and dryer, but that is a definite bonus for people staying more than a few days!! The front patio that overlooks Duval is the perfect People Watching spot. Management mentioned that parking would be a bit tight, but we managed to fit our 2023 Rogue into the spot without any problems.

Came to Key West to celebrate a 60th birthday and this property was perfectly located to food, bars, famous sites and much more! This property has a balcony overlooking Duval which was fun at night to watch the people.

Something wild for everyone

We are a diverse group: two birdwatching, senior citizens and one 21 year-old (on the lookout for excitement— not interested in birds) We all had a lot of fun. The balcony was better TV for the old folks. They had plenty of people watching—til 3AM. The 21 year-old got into the balcony viewing action, too. We took advantage of being located at ground zero for Key West’s best drag shows. ( We all highly recommend the Birdcage Show if you want some family friendly entertainment starring the incredible Christopher Peterson) The restaurants and shopping were only steps away— and the sunset festival was an easy stroll (even for the old folks) And one last tip for the birders in your group: The elusive White Crowned Pigeon can be spotted right from the balcony — and up and down Duval Street Something for everyone.

Super Cute Place in the Perfect location

If you are interested in truly experiencing Duval Street THIS is the place to be! We were literally sitting on the balcony with drinks watching and waving to people on Duval Street. There were so many restaurants and shops nearby and a short walk from Mallory Square to watch the sunset. The apartment was exactly like the photos: very nicely remodeled, comfortable and had everything we needed for 4 people. We were also surprised at how quiet it was in the bedrooms. We were not able to use the parking area because the entrance was too small for a GMC Yukon (which was noted in the listing so we were not surprised) but we arrived in the afternoon so we were able to drive down the alley to drop off our bags at the back area and then found parking 2 blocks away. We would definitely come back!

Perfect Location with Great Amenities

We came to Key West for a couple of days with another couple. We decided to stay in the condo instead of a hotel. I am so glad we did! The condo had a great vibe!! It is in an old building but has been nicely updated. It is very large and easily accommodated 4 adults. It was so nice to have two primary en suites. The location is great because it is down the road from the larger Key West bars, etc. - but there are bars, restaurants and shops right there. The pizza shop below was dinner @ the condo. That was also nice after a long day. Communication throughout the process was perfect. The parking space is a huge plus! We parked the car and never moved it until we left. We had coffee on the balcony overlooking duval street where there was always plenty to see. Would book again!
