Traveling with a large group requires a special home. To maximize comfort, large common areas are offered both indoor and outdoor. Private bedroom accommodations with en-suite bathrooms and TVs are a must for your group. And don't forget about the location! This home is easily accessible to the favorites of Old Town for when the group (finally) reaches a decision on dinner plans. LA GRANDE REUNION was designed with the ultimate in comfort for a large group getaway in mind and delivers on all of these necessities. LA GRANDE REUNION is newly renovated and furnished to the highest standard, in a prime location and includes Last Key Realty's Five Star Guest Services for what is sure to make your stay in Key West a memorable one.

THE LOCATION...

This home is in the very heart of Old Town Key West and all of its tropical island action. You are just steps in either direction from all of the shops, restaurants, and sites of Duval Street and Mallory Square. Take a stroll down to the some of the best of Key West, with local favorites such as The Green Parrot, Antonia's, Willie T's and La Trattoria all within a block or two of your front door. Ride bikes down to one of the nicest beaches of Key West; Fort Zachary Taylor, just a half-mile down the road. Despite the fabulous location, LA GRANDE REUNION comes with off-street parking in the form of one exclusive space in the lot next door monitored by a full time attendant.

THE LIVING AREA and KITCHEN...

Entering through the front door you know immediately you are in a special home. The original Dade County Pine decorates the walls of this classic home. The open living plan includes a grand living area a large flat screen TV, comfortable furnishings, a chef's kitchen with state of the art appliances, an indoor dining area and French doors to a beautiful covered lanai with a view of the pool. The kitchen is open to the living area and equipped with luxury appliances and plenty of cabinet space full of all of the tools you'll need for a gourmet meal. The dining table has space for 6 and there is additional seating at the kitchen island. There is also a half bathroom in the hall for convenience. The whole group will be living in comfort even inside on the seldom rainy day.

THE POOL AREA and COVERED DINING AREA...

Through the French doors of the living area & kitchen you'll find the outdoor oasis, one of the highlights of this home. The covered outdoor dining area and the spacious pool are perfect for the whole gang to enjoy a day in the sun together. The covered outdoor dining area comfortably seats six. The pool is lovely, with a very sunny deck and plenty of comfortable chaises surrounding. The backyard is complete with a large propane grill for an outdoor bar-b-que by the pool. The yard is fully fenced for privacy.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS...

This home has five large bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom for the perfect mix of togetherness and privacy necessary for a large group stay.

First Floor
• Bedroom #1: Queen bed, flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

• Bedroom #2: Two Twins OR One King bed, flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower.

Second Floor
• Bedroom #3: King bed, flat screen TV, large walk-in closet, direct access to the private sun deck, and en suite bathroom with twin vanities and a shower.

Third Floor
• Bedroom #4: Queen bed, flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower.

• Bedroom #5: Two Twins OR One King bed, flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower.

Great family house

We loved our stay. The house was perfect with a great pool and large open areas. It’s walking distance to everything great in Key West. Any minor issue we had was immediately addressed by the property manager. We highly recommend this home.
