THE PROPERTY: From the moment you arrive at this totally renovated eyebrow house, you’ll be surrounded by inviting living spaces and thoughtful touches both indoor and out. Shades of blue and white, hardwood floors, Dade County pine accents and unique architectural ceilings add to the natural beauty of this Key West vacation home. Plenty of windows provide natural light. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the home cool and comfortable. The large living room is beautifully furnished and includes a Smart TV, large sofa, and club chairs. Stepping down from the main living room is an additional gathering space with ample seating for guests, beverage station, and access to the saline pool. The gourmet kitchen is just off the living room and outfitted with Viking and Sub-Zero appliances, a large island with seating, a stunning vaulted ceiling and French door access to the outdoor pool and entertaining area. A half bath is located on the first floor for your convenience. You can easily embrace indoor-outdoor living and entertainment from this home’s configuration.

A first-floor ensuite bedroom is complete with a queen bed, Smart TV, night tables with lamps and a closet. The bath has a single vanity, walk-in shower and window.

The second floor provides two ensuite bedrooms for family and friends. Each has a queen bed, nightstands with lamps or bedside lighting. One bedroom has a closet for your belongings, and the other bedroom has built in storage and two dressers. The handsome ensuite bathrooms have single vanities, walk-in showers and windows.

BED CONFIGURATION: One queen bed is located on the first floor and two queen beds are located on the second floor.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The saline pool with waterfall feature is heated seasonally (November through April) for an additional fee which will be assessed at the time of booking. The pool can also be chilled during hot months for an additional fee which will also be assessed at the time of request. There is a convenient outdoor shower for your use. Lounge chairs, a lush landscape, tall hedges and fencing provide a private, tranquil space to relax and unwind. Dine alfresco in the outdoor kitchen or sip on coffee and cocktails under the covered entertainment spaces. From here you can enjoy the best of island life.

PARKING: There is designated off-street parking in the driveway.

LOCATION: This Historic Old Town location is just a short bike ride to downtown shops, restaurants, and Duval Street.
