Restrictions: Smoke Free Home. We do not accept guests less than 25 years of age unless accompanied by a family group or guardian. Guests must agree to abide by condominium regulations.

PAYMENT: Payment for the rental will be processed outside of VRBO according to the terms of your rental agreement (sent for review upon reservation). Payments by credit card are subject to an additional 2.95% merchant processing fee.
PARKING: Parking pass must be dispayed at all times. There is gated off-street parling for one (1) car at Exclusive Key West Beach Front. To enter the gate, use the secure gate code provided. Drive in the gate and turn right. See the elevator and park in any of the parking places near the elevator. Please avoid parking in a reserved parking space or the covered garage, as these are reserved for long-term residents. Notice: Condominium association rules forbid parking trailers or motorcycles at this property - this rule is strictly enforced.
