Located just off Key West at mile marker 5, the picturesque community of Coral Hammock on Stock Island is a stunning and peaceful retreat with a gorgeous resort style giant pool, luxurious clubhouse and fully equipped fitness area. You are close enough to all the excitement of downtown Key West without being right on top of the nightlife.

Your perfect tropical distraction lies here at Casa De Vino, a tasteful three bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome featuring inviting indoor/outdoor living space. Comfort and function are key in this open concept living/dining and kitchen area that invites social interaction and solo relaxation for the ultimate unwinding experience in paradise. Whip up your favorite recipes for friends and family in the fully stocked and modern kitchen, then dine at your expansive dining table or sink down in the plush furnishings of the living room for hours of guiltless decompression.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
This abode comfortably sleeps up to 8 people so it is ideal for a family or couples traveling together. The upstairs primary suite offers a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom with shower and soaking tub. The first floor guest bedroom features a queen bed and enjoys a full bathroom with a tiled shower. The second floor guest bedroom offers two twin beds that can convert to a king upon request and a full ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. If you need space for two more guests, the home offers a queen sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has a TV for your viewing pleasure.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
With its gated entryway and lush landscaped grounds this home boasts panoramic tropical garden pool views. The resort sized heated swimming pool invites you to soak up the sun while enjoying our island’s warm breeze. The Key West Golf Course is just a stone’s throw away. For the boaters out there, Casa de Vino is also centrally located to 3 different marinas.

Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

Coral Hammock HOA-Rules & Regulations:
· No boats, trailers, wave runners, motor homes, campers and/or buses allowed on site. (You must make other arrangements in advance at a local marina, etc)
· Vehicles may park only in designated parking spaces and may not park in the following areas of the association property: designated “fire lanes” or driveways.
· Boats, buses, campers, trailers, motor homes, recreation vehicles, mobile homes and commercial vehicles shall not be parked on the association property.

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

The beach is secluded and quiet, except when the Navy is holding flight practices. The planes are so close, you can see the pilots!

The house is as advertised, clean and well-maintained. We especially like the back porch and easy access to the pool. The negatives are the exceptionally late check in and exceptionally early check out times. We requested a later check out and were told it couldn’t be accommodated due to a new party checking in BUT the property was still listed as available on our check out date! Just say no; don’t lie to justify it.

My family (wife, 2 adult children and their significant others) spent a week at Casa de Vino over Christmas. The house was clean, spacious (every couple go their own room with own bathroom) and was a wonderful base for exploring Key West. The kitchen was quite well equipped (need to add corkscrew and potato masher!) and it was nice gathering on the porch. The only disappointment was the community pool. We discovered talking to the property manager that the majority of the units in this complex is owned by people who do not live in the community, but rent out their units. One consequence of this was that the other guests did not care about their behavior. People smoking in the pool area; kids were constantly jumping into the pool despite clear signs everywhere prohibiting it; drunk people screaming into the night. All this was a shame because the house itself was very comfortable.

The pictures on the listing were quite deceiving and made the rooms look much larger. The shower in the downstairs bedroom was extremely small for adults. The chairs in the dining room were extremely uncomfortable and need some padding. There was a musty smell in the house, and the floors could have been cleaner. The listing indicated the property was a 9.8 out of a 10 scale. I would suggest a lower rating based on the aforementioned issues. Maybe an 8...

The condition of the unit is very poor. From bathrooms needing to be remodeled and raw sewer gases coming from downstairs vanity to the uncomfortable sleeping arrangements. Box springs broken leaving you sinking to the center of the bed. Also lack of proper A/C throughout home. Upstairs was very hot. no ice from the ice maker in the fridge, a couch impossible to lounge on due to its metal bars protruding through the leather. We were very uncomfortable the entire stay. Honestly, one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. Also unable to use the pool during stay due to feces reported on 8/22/25. The owner of this property was rude and unprofessional. After confronting him about the problems with the unit he did not respond to any of our complaints and had the nerve to accuse us of removing a twin size sheet and placing it under a porch outside. Completely insane accusation we were polite and followed all instructions on departure date listed on required to do sheet. I will never stay at this or any other place associated with this company. The so called manager of this property Dan if that his real name is a lier and disrespectful. We asked for a refund for one night because we left a day earlier due to the discomforting sleeping arrangements and hot unit and he refused to refund the stay. If you want to enjoy the beautiful island of KeyWest do not stay here they will ruin your vacation.

Amazing place!

Wonderful 3 bedroom minutes from Key West

This townhouse is perfect for a vacation with family or friends with 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. The 2 upstairs bedrooms walk out onto upper back balcony with seating. Main level bedroom and living room walk onto lower back porch with a large gas grill and nice table with 6 chairs. The community swimming pool is steps away but buffered from view by beautiful landscaping. The pool was clean and well maintained. Pool towels in unit. There is also a front porch with 4 chairs. Property felt recently renovated with bright bedrooms and a great kitchen with all you need from cutting boards, pots/pans, knives, toaster, blender, regular coffee pot & a Keurig coffee maker. We also walked to Roostica across the street for great Italian food & pizza. There is a deli and a delicious French bakery as well. The Docks restaurant is about a mile away and had fantastic seafood dishes.We loved the location just outside Key West! Quiet at night with an easy 15 - 20 minute drive to Smathers beach (free parking), Ft Zachary Taylor state park beach (per car fee for the day), Mallory Square (7/hr parking), or central Duval Street (6/hr at fire dept lot). No trouble finding parking any time of day during our stay the last week in March/first week of April. Publix and Winn-Dixie are close by. The property host was very responsive. Ran out of gas for the grill, sent him a text, and he had a new tank hooked up in less than 20 minutes! Great vacation property!

Great place to stay

Overall, we were very satisfied with this VRBO experience. The property was very clean, check-in/out procedures clear and concise, and the property manager was attentive to our needs and requests. Bottom line, I would feel comfortable booking this home again should the occasion arise.

Key West Condo

Nice condo on Stock Island about 15 minute drive from downtown Key West. Very clean, plenty of room. All bathrooms updated with plenty of hot water. Unit is close to the pool and pool area is nicely landscaped. Mattresses are ok but beds could use softer pillows. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Would recommend this rental.

Home away from home

Overall the home was really good and in a very good location. We would definitely rent again. The check in process was great and instructions were clear on how to operate everything. Parking was great and the home had everything we needed to cook in and room to spread out and to also sit and eat together as a family.
