We want you to know that your safety and comfort while in Key West is our utmost priority. Cleaning supplies are available as well as all soaps, shampoos, body washes, disposal sponges and detergent for the washing machine.

Boli Townhouse is an extraordinary rental property that you will enjoy with only a short walk to downtown and the beach.

Boli Townhouse is located in the Truman Annex, a gated community in downtown old Key West. The Boli Townhouse is a two bedroom (a king bed in each bedroom), two full bath unit with the master suite on the second floor.

There is a breakfast room, complete galley kitchen, guest bedroom, bath with tub / shower and large L shaped living room on the ground floor. The master suite on the second floor has a sitting area, flat screen TV and a complete bath with walk in shower. The furnishings are DELUXE; this is not your ordinary rental condo (free secure WiFi, three flat screen TV's, CD player, radio, IPod hook up, DVD players with movie library & washer/dryer). Oriental carpets and a great variety of artwork add to the relaxing atmosphere. The outdoor deck has a dining table for six, hammock and a lounge chair for sunning. Boli's pool, is a one minute walk from the front porch, only a splash away!

Boil was perfect. Everything I needed was there when I arrived. I had all the amenities of home. Each day was filled with bike rides and each night strolls to explore downtown key west.The location is perfect for enjoying all that Keywest has to offer. Our first time ever and hope to return.

Accommodating

I’ve stayed in many places in the Truman Annex, and recently had the opportunity to stay at the Boli House. I found the accommodations to be excellent. The location was near all attractions yet very quiet. The owner was easy to communicate with, and very accommodating. Overall, this was a great experience and I hope to stay here again.

Beautiful property! Very clean. Has everything you need. It is walking distance to everything you want to see in Key West. Location is in a safe, quiet area. Host is very thorough in directions and recommendations! I would definitely stay here again.

Almost Heaven

Property was in very good condition overall, was clean and well kept. The rear patio was well furnished and maintained. The location was perfect, a short walk to all of the attractions, dining and shopping. We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay in a great location

This is the 6th different condo that we have stayed in at Truman Annex. It quickly became our favorite. It was really nice to have 2 bedrooms and two baths, and we loved the outdoor space in the front and back as well. Beds and furnishings were comfortable and there wasn't really anything we needed that wasn't already there. John was very easy to reach and always responsive. Will definitely return.

Can’t beat this location…or comforts once here. Inside, Nice open space with everything you’ll need. Photos and online Description are spot-on. One of the biggest back porches in the area, dedicated parking space just a few steps out the gate. Two blocks to Duval St, walking distance to east or west ends and all restaurants and shops.

Great location Key West

Easy walk to downtown Duval Street, Truman Little White House and lovely neighborhood. It was great having two bedrooms with comfortable king size mattresses. Dining on the deck was lovely.

Un-Boli-evable (In a Good Way) Stay at Boli Townhouse!

This has been our 5th time to Key West in 3+ years and 3rd stay at Shipyard and BY FAR this has been the nicest unit we've been in at the Shipyard. From ease in booking, communication from host explaining EVERYTHING, making sure everything was OK during our stay, John was great and I look forward to booking his unit in the future.

Great location

Boli Townhouse was perfect for our stay. Close to Duval Street, but quiet for relaxing. Great patio with grill. We loved morning coffee out there. Pool was perfect with plenty of chairs. Kitchen is very small, but has everything you need. Would stay there again for sure.

No kid spring break

Great place !! we have stayed in Truman Annex before but the location here can't be beat! We just went out the back gate jumped on our bikes and we out and about !
