Newly remodeled!
Hurricane proof 2500 square foot concrete block constuction home in one of the most desireable neighborhoods in the Keys. Three large bedrooms two with King size beds and a Queen size bed. Two full baths with custom tile through out. Sit in the exspnsive Florida room and look out upon the large tiki hut which sets right next to the canal
enjoy over 100 chanels on the 55" TV from the comfort of your tropical styled furniture. The couch in the florida room is a Queen size Hide-a-bed for a total sleeping arrangement of eight.
Every room has ceiling fans so you can leave the windows open and enjoy the tropical breezes blowing off the ocean for the real island experience.
50' of canal front to watch the aquatic wild life and a boat basin that will handle a 40' boat.
BBQ on the Oklahoma Joe Smoker and experience the tropical life as you sit under the Native built Tiki eating your days catch or relaxing from a day of snorkleing/diving in John Pennekamp State Park. I've scuba dove all over the world and this is one of the premier locations with a huge variety of sea life.
This home is within walking distance of several great resturants most of which have live music at night for your entertainment.

A month in the sun!

This home was perfect for us. It was well equipped and very comfortable. The backyard was our happy place…located on a canal with lots of local wildlife. We ate our breakfast, lunch and dinner out in the tiki hut. We also enjoyed the seafood restaurants within walking distance of the home. Jim was a delight to meet and very gracious. So glad to have the chance to meet him.

absolutely incredible

This is one of the nicest houses in Key Largo, if not all the keys, and I’ve rented more than a few. The backyard is a little piece of paradise. The giant tiki hut overlooks a picturesque canal that’s LOADED with sea life. Tropical birds are everywhere. It’s quiet and peaceful yet right around the corner from the best bars and restaurants in Key Largo. The interior of the house is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The landlord is the best, super accommodating and gracious. This whole property is truly a gem.

Very lovely restful home.

As has been said, do not judge the book by the cover. The exterior is nice, but when you open the door, WOW! Interior is very wonderful and all amenities you may need are available. You will enjoy!

A Fabulous get away in a beautifully remodeled home!

Jim did a GREAT job remodeling the home - it is deceiving on the outside as it is very spacious on the inside and welcoming! Very relaxing property on the canal and enjoyed kayaking, boarding, boating and seeing interesting marine life. The location could not be beat with so much in walking distance. This was our 2nd stay with Jim as he is very accommodating, helpful and sincere - there were 6 of us and we will all be back - look out Jim :) Thank you again for a memorable vacation!

Clean home with plenty of space and easy boat access

Glad we found this home for our vacation this May. The home was bright, spacious and clean. Jim was a great host and answered any questions we had right away. Also, if you're looking for a home on a canal to bring your boat, this place is perfect. The Atlantic is only a short drive down the canal. There's even a filet table to clean your fish. Thanks again for the nice accommodations, I would love to stay here again!

Wonderful Time

We had a wonderful time! Husband, boys (10 & 15), and I enjoyed our time here immensely. The home is lovely and the location is very nice. If you rent a boat, you have very quick access to the ocean. You’re 5 minutes from a grocery store and less than that from Walgreens. Lots of restaurants to choose from on Key Largo and just south on Islamorada. The boys enjoyed snorkeling in the canal where there was a school of parrot fish every day. And also loved using the kayak and paddle board available for use. The homeowner Jim is awesome! We met him on our second day there and he was happy to help with anything we needed. He even hooked up an ice maker so we wouldn’t have to buy ice for the cooler or fishing boat while we were there! I have nothing negative to say about this place and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and spacious!

Great place!

The house was well maintained. The backyard is very enjoyable and spacious. All the details, even to the amount of towels available and pots and pans, were well thought out! Jim was also amazing to deal with! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful house

Beautiful house located in a great area. Very close to John Pennekamp state park and many good restaurants. You can sit under the tiki hut and chill or observe the sea life in the canal right in the backyard.
