This property was not ready for occupancy and was poorly cleaned, poorly maintained, and poorly managed. We were forced to wait 40 minutes past our check in time outside the property. Upon arrival, multiple basic amenities were missing or nonfunctional, including outdoor seating and exterior lighting. These issues were not addressed for two weeks.The interior condition was unacceptable. There was a persistent foul odor, later traced to a hidden bowl containing mold growth. Numerous dirty dishes were left throughout the property. The outdoor table was covered in black mold. The walls were visibly dirty, and we were required to clean the walls ourselves. There was no vacuum provided. The bug infestation was severe. Food could not be left out for more than 20 minutes without insects swarming it. Donuts purchased and stored overnight were found completely covered in bugs within 12 hours. Multiple food items had to be discarded despite being stored properly. An exterminator did eventually visit, but only after repeated issues and with no meaningful resolution. Communication with the owners was consistently inadequate. Multiple messages went unanswered, maintenance visits were promised and did not occur, and information provided regarding repairs was inaccurate. Action was taken only near the end of the stay, after prolonged inconvenience.Throughout the stay, we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, spending significant time inspecting food for insects and managing cleanliness issues
