Great house

Have rented quite a few houses - this one provided everything you needed to get by, kitchen tools we top knotch. Everything was super clean and nice.

Nice place

The two bedroom, two bath, full kitchen house was very clean and well stocked. The outside / back patio was on the canal, wish we had recliners or other patio furniture besides the two folding lawn chairs. We would stay here again.

Christmas getaway

This place was perfect for our small family! It’s location near the cabana club was perfect. It was clean and well stocked. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. If I had one suggestion it would be that the outdoor seating was a little lacking, but did not take away from our experience at all!!! Thank you!

Excellent experience

We were delighted to find the house in excellent condition with high quality appliances and interiors. It was in a beautiful location and we enjoyed gazing out on the canal from the large glass windows. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were well equipped. Vacasa had the best price for a rental of this quality.

WONDERFUL PLACE TO HOLIDAY

IT IS A QUIET PLACE, WHERE WE CAN RELAX AND WITH ALL THE NECESSARY CONDITIONS IN THE HOUSE, IN MY OPINION, THE ONLY NEED IS AN OUTSIDE SINK WHERE IT ALLOWS US TO CLEAN THE FISHING THOSE WHO ARE GOING TO DO THAT SPORT, FOR THE REST EVERYTHING EXCELLENT, CLEANNESS, COMFORTS, IT IS A PLACE THAT I WOULD SAFELY RETURN TO.

Gorgeous house and amazing location.

House was beautiful with no hassles. Easy access dock was great. Gas and bait for boat was 100 yards away at the end of the canal. And very good pizza place right down the street on Sadowski causeway. I would rent this house again and also recommend it to any interested.

Great little place

My only complaints are that the bedrooms don’t have tv’s and the mattresses are soft and squeaky, other than that the kitchen was well equipped, the a/c units are fantastic and the bathrooms (although small) are more than adequate for a small family.

Key Lime house on 5th 231

Place was clean. Laundry room access key was missing. Vacasa promptly address this problem by notifying the owner & had the access key overnight delivered to me. The beds need to be updated ASAP terrible mattresses & box springs. A BBQ grill, broom & dust pan would be nice along with a swiffer for daily floor up keep. All in all a very nice place. Cozy place to stay/ Oven had issues

Cozy place to stay. Has the basics and is close to Cabana Club and Havana Jacks. However the oven was unusable. When it was turned on and while it was preheating (without food in the oven) it started smoking and smelled like an electrical burn instead of burning food. I called the management company and they said they’d send someone out but it took two days. They ended up saying it was oven cleaner that was burning off but since it set off the smoke alarm we elected to not use the oven and couldn’t cook in the house as planned

Great property and location!

This is a great house! Very clean and great location. If you really want to downshift and just lay low, this is the place to do it. The membership to the Cabana Club is such a treat. Being able to walk to a pristine, saltwater pool, with a full-service food/bar, along with a private beach can’t be beat. (Honestly, we’ve been coming to Key Colony for the past six years and only rent places that offer a membership there for the week.) The one small thing about the property that I wish could be improved is adding a couple of loungers and an umbrella to the back so you can enjoy the canal. We don’t have a boat, so without furniture, we couldn’t really use the outside space. That being said, we saw all kinds of wildlife in and around the canal – including manatee!

Perfect and Cute Little Place for 4

The home was clean, spacious living room and easy to locate (road and dockside). I personally felt the beds were very comfortable, I slept great! Also, air conditioning units were helpful and kept it nice and cool at night. This is a great home to stay at if you’re going to be on the boat constantly, the dock outside is close to the home, not a long distance to bring gear or coolers out to. It has a hose ready and dock line. Although at low tide it is hard to get to the top of the dock if you don’t have a tower on your boat or ladder. But we did so no biggie. Canal is full of life! Manatees, fish, crab and pelicans that keep it fun to watch. All and all, great location and fits 4 people great!

Nice overall but needs some help.

The blinds were missing slats. No blinds at all on glass front/side door. Washing machine problem not resolved, had to keep driving to Marathon to a laundr-o-mat. No top sheets on bed, only a fitted sheet. Old car parked in driveway taking up a parking space, made parking our boat trailer and truck rather difficult.
