With a 60-foot dock right on the canal and access to the nearby Cabana Club's shared pools and private beach, this dog-friendly bungalow is perfect for your next getaway to sunny Florida!

Located in Key Colony Beach, this home for six is located on a canal, with swimming and fishing available in your backyard - you even have a bait freezer. There's no better way to beat the heat than a swim in the emerald green waters of the Gulf!

Plop down on a colorful couch and take in some cable on the flatscreen TV, or keep up to date with the WiFi.

Whether you stopped for groceries at a nearby store or a fresh-caught fish just waiting to be cooked, you'll be well-served by the stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Dine at the nearby table for six, and leave clean up to the dishwasher!

Six guests can enjoy this home's two bedrooms and bathrooms, along with two of your canine companions (please note there is a 20-pound weight limit). The master bedroom has a king-size bed, while the kids can relax in the two double beds in the guest bedroom. Wake up to a soothing shower and start a load of laundry in the private washer/dryer!

When you're not fishing and swimming in your backyard, you have access to all the amenities of the Cabana Club, which include a shared pool, nearby restaurant and lounge, and a private beach! After spending some time sunning on the sand, head further out to sea - between kayak rentals and fishing charters, there are plenty of ways to explore the gorgeous Gulf waters around you.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Awesome Home

Excellent location. The home was better than described only needs a little TLC on the exterior. Very roomy and comfortable. Home fully equipped on all levels. It’d be nice if it had a small pool especially after coming in from fishing to relax. Will definitely rent again. Must say though the boat ramp at Key Colony can use improvement not clean nor well maintained. Our family getaway was awesome with lots of fishing.

Great location

Great location in Key Colony! Easy walking distance to Cabana Club with pool and beach, Havana Jacks restaurant, golf course and tennis. We brought our boat and were able to take it oceanside daily as its right around the corner, Gulf side is not much further. My teenage boys loved the 9 hole golf course and went often. You can rent clubs and play in about an hour. Vacasa management was excellent! We arrived on Sat night and the fridge wasn’t cold and the grill didnt work. They had someone out first thing Sun morning, brought us a brand new grill, 2 mini fridges and the refrigerator repair man. No problems after that. They even came and put our trash cans out and back. The home itself has no frills, definitely not fancy but we spent most of our time out on the water so we didnt care. The kitchen was very well equipped and the 60 foot dock was great. I paddle boarded daily. The only real complaint was the beds…. Definitely need to be replaced!!

Nice but could be better

King bed was horrible. Blender was broke but Vacasa brought a new one right out. Cabana club was kind of a joke, too many rules, lady you check in with was a control freak, too many people, no shade, expensive and they don’t let you bring anything in including water. House was old but somewhat updated. Could use some bikes, lounge chairs, etc. manatee in canal was neat to see.

Adorable house

Absolutely loved our stay. The beds are a bit on the very firm side and very limited parking. But, the location was perfect for fishing, with very quick access to both the Atlantic and Gulf side.

Had a great vacation at this single unit. We rented a boat and had plenty of dockage and the Cabana Club amenities were top notch. Stayed with our family of five and had plenty of space. Love the tropical decor!

Check in was painless. Cottage located with-in walking distance to Cabana Club. Cottage was clean and neat. Kitchen had plenty of utensils. If there was anything negative it was the TV in queen bedroom had a picture issue but that was minor to us.. All in all it was a wonderful week and I would consider coming back.

Awesome house right on the canal. Right across the street is the Canana club which you get access to. It’s a fantastic pool and beach. The house is perfectly located and has everything you need. We caught a mangrove snapper and grunt right in the back yard. We saw manatee ballyhoo and lots of pinfish. We chartered boats from Reef Adventures and The Main Attraction which we’re both amazing charters. Caught about 17 different species of fish. The keys are making a wonderful recovery with the help of residents and visitors and it’s really great to see!

Quiet convenient location in Marathon/Key Colony Beach

House was spacious, bright and clean. Good location to access upper and lower Keys from a nice community with a small private beach (no swimming or fishing though). Kitchen well equipped and workable for home cooking. Property managers close by and responsive. Canal provides boat access - option we did not use. House could be improved with better touches such as landscaping, window treatments, painting. It is clear that the Keys are still in recovery mode from Hurricane Irma.

The location of this house, access to Cabana Club and a private dock made this a perfect vacation. There were 3 adults and 2 small dogs and the size of the house was perfect. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely be back.

Nice little house, great location.

Great place for small family, 1,2,3, or 4 people. Had everything one would need for a vacation, (a couple beach chairs would be a great addition). Once all the repairs have been completed, it will be even better. The price needs to remain affordable and I will return. Had a great relaxing week in Key Colony Beach.
