Welcome to Continental Inn Condominiums in Key Colony Beach, Florida known as “The gem of the Florida Keys.” Our Non-smoking Condominium is fully equipped and furnished to meet your vacation needs. You are only minutes away from the boating, fishing, snorkeling and diving North Americas only living coral reef. Our Tropical Paradise is perfect for a quiet/romantic get-away or a fun-filled vacation with family and/or friends.
Our oceanfront property includes a private heated pool and private beach retreat on the Atlantic Ocean.
Guest condos are just steps away from a refreshing swim in the heated pool or ocean. Bring your own or rent a locally delivered kayak or paddleboard that can be launched directly from our beach.
Our Continental Inn Condominium units include fully equipped kitchens, secure WIFI, cable T.V., tiki huts on the beach with gas grills. Coin washers and dryers for guest use are available on the right side of the building prior to entering the breezeway from the parking lot.
The City of Key Colony Beach is a tropical island paradise, located in the Heart of the Florida Keys centrally located between Key Largo and Key West. Drive 45 miles to Key West and spend the day shopping and dining, visit many famous pubs, historic sites and watch the sunset from Mallory Square.
Amenities in the City of Key Colony Beach include several restaurants, clothing and gift shops, marina with fishing charters, dive and snorkel trips, boat rentals, 9-hole golf course, children's playground, pickle or bocce ball and tennis. View spectacular Florida sunsets at Sunset Park just around the corner from the Continental Inn.

Florida Keys Wildlife Adventures await you, just within 7 miles from our beautiful city! The Dolphin Research Center, Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, Crane Point Hammock and The Turtle Hospital.

Great location and amazing spot

We stayed here for a few days and the location was perfect. The beach is one of the nicest in the Keys. Saw stingrays and fish snorkeling right from the property. The pool is right off your doorstep. Comfortable beds and easy to cook in for a rainy night!

My review

I found the location wonderful, the grounds were beautiful but for several days during our stay the water spigots to wash off your feet were not working, the garbage can lids did not close on the beach so when sitting at the beach the fly's were out of control, the ash tray for cigarettes was overflowing the whole time we were there and when I told someone no one attended to it. The room was nice but could have used a mat to wipe off feet when walking in. The pool closed at 1/2 hour before sundown which was horrible we were traveling with kids and at 7:30 there was nothing for them to do. The community room was open the first day we got there but locked every other day. We had 3 rooms and after the pool closed there was no where for us to congregate without going down to the beach and being attacked by flies.

Nice area to use as a base to explore the Keys

An older building, but kept in good condition. It was perfect for us as a base to explore the keys. They set up a little beach area which was nice, especially in the keys where there are not a lot of beaches. Pool area was nice. I would recommend this property to others.

Great location, Has a great beach, with chairs to sun bath on! Pool is super warm, it does close super early though... condo had every you could need. Condo was dirty when we arrived, we had to clean ourselves, found panties and trash behind the bed...

Beautiful setting with amazing views

I would definitely stay here again. It was close to everything and loved the beach area. I had everything I needed while staying here for work. I just wish I had more time to enjoy the relaxing beach area!!
